Chapter 22- Dimness Night

Working with him was like me working at hell. Pilot siya ang trabaho lang naman niya ay mag palipad ng mga eroplano pero bakit ba kasi nangingialam pa siya sa kumpanya. 

Days passed and I'm glad that he has a flight straight for a week. That means I won't see him. Nag meeting na rin kami anong pwedeng design for the upgraded website.

I keep on ranting while working out at the gym here inside the condominium I'm leaving.

"Ano?" masungit kong kay Hayley

[Kalma aba] hayley said on the other line and giggled.

I rant on the phone habang siya tinatawanan lang ang mga rants ko.

[May dadaanan ako mga three nalang tayo magkita sa resto malapit sa condo mo] sabi niya at binabaan na ako ng tawag.

I looked at the clock its just ten in the morning. I checked the fridge thinking on what should I eat.

I frowned in frustration. I always forget to buy grocery every week end or every day off. I lazily get my wallet and went down to the grocery. Buti nalang at may grocery sa loob ng condo, hindi na ako lalayo.

After the grocery I made some oreo pancake. i used to cook this for my friends during high school. Mag timpla rin ako ng gatas. An oreo pancake and a milk for my breakfast at eleven twenty one am.

I turned on the television wondering if only she did not give up she would have her own.I was watching a noontime show at may palaro doon. I remembered how we played like that. At the middle of watching a noon time show my boss needs to interrupt.

I messaged Hayely that our lunch date will be cancel dahil may pinapagawa sakin ang boss ko. Hindi namana ko ang boss pero bakit ako ang gagawa? I can't complain baka mawalan pa ako ng trabaho. Mahirap na rin na mawalan ako ng trabaho, dahil mahirap makakuha n trabaho dahil ito lang ang experience ko since I played musics to the past years.

I opened my laptop and made a power point already.Nag suot rin ako ng salamin.  Labag sa loob ko ang ginagawa ko. Sana naman hindi na ako ang mag present nito sa lunes.

I don't know if the theme will be connected sa ginawa namin. Wala naman siyang sinabing specific basta ginawang nude colors bahala na sila.

I answered Hayley's call while still doing the powerpoint we need to present on monday.

[Busy na busy ka ba?] she asked on the other line.

"Oo. hindi pa ako tapos" sabi ko habang nag titipa sa laptop ko.

[Anong oras na mag a-alas sinco na] She said and chuckled.

"Tangina ang bilis ng oras" sabi ko pero inaayos ko pa ang powerpoint namin.

[Daanan nalang kitra sa condo mo. Dinner date] masayang sabi niya sa kailang linya.

May sinabi pa siya na hindi ko naintindihan dahil mas naka focuse ako sa powerpoint na ginagawa namin. If this succeed I might be promoted, or malipat sa ibang team sana mas higher ang position. Sana bigyan ako ng credits.

Six in the evening hayley arrived in my condo and brought some food. "Wait matatapos na ako. Ending statement nalang" sabi ko sakaniya habang nag titipa sa laptop.

Bago pa man mamatay ang laptopko dahil lowbat na agad ko itong ni-save.

"And I'm done" I told her and sretched my arms and legs.

"Anong dala mo?" I asked her while she's preparing for our dinner. Kumuha ako ng mga kutsara at tindor dahil nag order lamang siya.

"Sisig. May grand opening na resto dito . Punta tayo?" nakangisi niyang sabi sakin.
