"I don't know how many times you want me to apologize but I'll say it even more. I'm sorry" Hiroto shook his head at Aurora before checking his phone for the hundredth time.

"You have nothing to apologize for babe, let's just take a breather for now" Aurora had been asking Horoto how he fekt and if he was angry at her the entire drive. They were situated in his parking lot, Aurora wasn't exactly sure why they were even here in the first place but, She had no complaints going back to work since it would if made her feel better but; worried if Derek did anything

"Don't you have work to do? The interview probably took longer than expected" he shook his head shoving his phone into his pocket looking at her "No, right now I have to go in quickly and come back out; while you stay here just for a few seconds and calm down"

"I am calm!" Aurora practically yelled. It didn't take an idiot go see she was stress and anxious.

"No, you're not calm, just relax I'll be right back" he kissed her on the cheek before opening the car door and leaving. Aurora sighing before leaning against the car seat she ran a hand through her hair; she didn't know what to feel or what to even do.

The entire scene of what had happened played in her mind, how dare he have the nerve to say that in front of her as well as Hiroto. He was seriously someone Aurora never wanted to see ever again but, at least the unsaid words she had kept inside were said which mainly consisted out of attitude and bad language.

Not long passed and Hiroto came back, he seemed a little panicked as if he had done something bad and now he's running away "Alright off we go" he said before starting up the engine he seemed slightly out of breathe as he checked his mirrors for any cars "Are you alright you seem fidgety"

He looked around and back at me "Hm? Oh yeah no I'm fine I just took something and now my nanny is upset with me" "I knew it!" Aurora said pointing a finger at him.

Hiroto looked at hrr with the most confused look in his eyes "Ignore me" he nodded his head before concentrating back on the road "Sometimes you worry me with how weird you are" Aurora laughed at his remark but stayed quiet rest of the drive.

It was late, the sun was setting and they were still on the road. Aurora thought he just had something to pick up and they'd head back to the office but she was mistaken, they were far from the office. "Baby, where are we going?" "Sorry, I can't tell you it's a surprise" "This is a very odd time for a surprise" he nodded his head before glancing at me.

"I am well aware my timing isn't quite good right now but, it's now or never and why not now" "I'll pretend I understood that"

It wasn't long before they finally stopped, the destination was a bit familiar but, Aurora couldn't put her finger on it "I know it's late right now but, can I take you out for a walk?" "Not a dog sweetheart" "You know what I mean" Aurora laughed at his reaction, he unlocked the door so she could get out before locking it again, he extended his hand out for her to grab.

She placed my her hand in his and intertwined their fingers, they walked along the park's trail making small conversations here and there talking all their worries out and the events of what happened today.

"Aurora may I say something" he stopped in his tracks under willow trees that partly shaded them from the moonlight that was coming out from the clouds as the sun fully set "Go ahead"

"I've known you for a year now and there are still so many things I don't know about you, but I can't help but want to spend each and every day with you, wake up next to you go sleep with you, travel the world with you, do everything and anything with you. I love you Aurora"

He sighed catching his breath before speaking again, she gave him her undivided attention listening to every word he said.

"We've been through so much together and I feel like there's still so many things we still have ahead of us but, I don't want to go through those things alone. You've always been there for me, you've seen the worse in me, I can rely on you and you are my absolute favorite person in the whole freaking world. No one has ever made me feel this way"

Aurora stared at him wide-eyed, she didn't know where all this was coming from, perhaps he needed to get things off his chest and felt that talking to her would make him feel better. So Aurora stayed quiet and listened without any hesitation or objection.

"You are the most amazing most fantastic person I know, you make life worth living and have encouraged me to achieve things greater than what I thought I could. I need you Aurora I want you and I can't see myself living my life without you I want you with me all the time you mean no less than the world to me, you're the perfect fit in my hand and arms and with that"

Her heart stopped the moment he lowered down and went on one knee pulling a crimson box from his pocket revealing the most beautiful diamond ring she'd ever seen. Her mouth stayed open as she was completely and utterly speechless not knowing what to say.

"Aurora Authea Clark, will you marry me?"

"..."

"..."

"Yes, yes I'll marry you Hiroto" he took the ring from the box and slid it onto her finger, it fit perfectly and made her hand stunning the diamand was cut so smooth u could see my reflection "You make me the happiest person alive Aurora, I promise to do the same to you" she smiled at him, tears forming in her eyes "You already do"

He pressed his lips against hers while wrapping his arms around her. Aurora felt as if she were on cloud nine, they were finally engaged and she had the love of her life in her arms.

"I love you so much"

"I love you too"
