"Please open the door" Hiroto knocked on the door profusely going on and on about how sorry he was "I'm sorry about earlier, I didn't mean to scare you like that or make you feel uncomfortable in any way" Aurora stood with her back against the door unbothered to open it, "Please leave me alone, it hurts enough to think you just wanted me in your office for that, like you came on to me or something " "Aurora you know I would never do that to you ever I was just" He fell silent, not a word uttered out of his mouth when she mentioned that, he could feel the gravity of the situation on his shoulders how the situation was so misinterpreted, but he accepted the defeat there wasn't much he could do now that she wouldn't let him in he already came all this way from work to chase after her. "I'm gonna take a day off tomorrow, I'll be back when I feel better" "Alright Miss Solace; I hope you feel better soon, I can't do my best at work without you" Aurora didn't answer him instead she stayed quiet hearing his footsteps grow further and further away from the door. Her mother had left a few days ago so it was just her alone at home she flopped on the bed feeling down and glum, and in an attempt to get a hold of Victoria to cheer her up she was successful.
"Wait wait wait- you did what?" "We got drunk, and slept together at the hotel and might I say the sex was incredible, but then at work, it seemed as if he wanted to have sex again.." "That's great!" "How on this good green earth is that good?" Aurora rolled her eyes as she got up and walked to the kitchen pouring their third glass "We're so going to need another bottle if you're going to sit in front of me and not tell me work sex is not exciting" "Vic that's disgusting" Aurora frowned her eyebrows "Aurora I know you aren't into a lot of sexual activities and whatever, you're hot I'm surprised the men at your work aren't drooling over you already?" "Because I keep it very professional" "Professional at sleeping with your boss" Aurora couldn't help but, laugh at the remark yet still felt the sting of it all. "Maybe, he's just trying to show his love or something," Victoria said running her hand over Doro who was seated by her lap, Aurora handed her glass and sat down thinking about it "But how would that even be love? he never told me he loves me"
"Do you love him?" "I like him I like him a lot but I wouldn't say I'm in love with him," Aurora thought back to her drunk confessions or at least what she could remember from them feeling her face heat up from the other erotic confessions "He did say he likes me too, but those were drunk talking you know" Aurora replied, "That's awesome; you know the saying a drunks man's words are a sober man's thoughts' so it was good in a way" "I confessed first" "So you still confirmed the feelings" "But why did he do that?" "Aurora let me ask you this" Victoria said as she took another sip of her glass "How did it make you feel?" Aurora bit her lip thinking how to answer that question, she knew that a part of her liked it, but it was the uncertainty that left her feeling no better than Becky "I freaked out, it's not like I didn't like it I just felt that I wasn't that type of girl that has sex at a workplace I mean the first time was so much more comfortable being I our hotel room but that was so risky" "Which is so sexy" "But, why?" "Perhaps he was okay doing it in his office and you weren't plus, it's not like he forced his dick inside you he was just feeling you up and if that is why you're not uncomfortable then tell him, Aurora answer me this would you have sex with him again?" "I would if I'm being sincere, but in the workplace" "Then tell him that and you guys should talk this out if you guys like each other that much and you aren't into a bang now and again with no strings attached" "I would like stings" "Bitch tell him that"
An empty bottle later Aurora stepped out to walk Victoria back to work, the cold breeze helped clear her mind. Aurora felt ambivalent her head was a mess, but she thought long and hard about what Victoria said and what she would say to Hiroto when she did have to in front of him. Humming her favorite songs while walking through the park near her apartment, Aurora was always so swamped with work that doing little walks and jogging was something she missed; her mood had instantly lightened I missed the little moments like these. A not-so-bright idea came to her mind, if walking made her feel better imagine how amazing she would think if she went jogging, although jeans aren't the ideal type of jogging pants and her jacket was a tight fit around her waist her bright pink shirt was the only thing that looked the most appealing to physical activities. Aurora tried her hair up into a ponytail, as she set her phone's timer for an hour, that should be enough time. Not even an hour later Aurora was drenched and out of breath "I-.. I-. I'm gonna die!" Aurora panted like a crazy person, actually more like a dog. "I feel like collapsing right here wouldn't that be nice"
"It would seem that way, but I don't think it's a safe option for you" Aurora heard a voice say behind her; she was slightly startled by the sudden voice and straightened up her posture yet still faced her back toward them so as not see her obvious look of defeat. "Oh boy, my adrenaline hasn't even kicked in yet" Aurora turned her head to see Hiroto "Mr. Han?" Her heart was beating out of her chest, he smiled at her as he started walking towards her. "Aurora" "Nope!" A bolt of energy had run through her veins adrenaline kicked in and she booked it. Aurora ran as fast as she could the wind brushing through her hair, it was late and it got cold but, Aurora was too hot to feel the cold she could see the steam come out of her mouth. Aurora stopped for a moment to catch her breath as she turned back to see if he was still behind her as far as she could see he was not in sight.
"Wow, you're a very fast runner" "Ahhh!" Aurora jumped in surprise as Hiroto just magically appeared in front of her. "What are you doing here?" "What do you mean?" "How did you know I was here?" Aurora asked through her pants. "Truthfully I came back to your apartment and saw you headed to the park; I didn't want to get you right then and there so I followed you for a bit and saw you running around like a mad woman" "I was jogging" "Oh right my bad" Aurora took a step back thinking she could make another attempt to run away only this time to not stop, but the more she stepped back the more he step closer "Aurora watch it!" Hiroto exclaimed grabbing her by the arm and pulling her closer leaving no space between them. Aurora was in such a haze she didn't notice the peloton coming towards them "Ay watch it!"" Hiroto yelled looking back at Aurora "Aurora what's wrong?" Aurora had teary eyes and out of breath Hiroto shook her a bit before she spoke "I'm all sweaty and you're holding me so close" "What are you talking about?" "I'm so gross right now" Hiroto was stunned at what to do; Aurora was in an emotional haze not knowing what to do "Aurora" Hiroto spoke letting her go and taking a step back "Before you say anything I want to say I'm sorry, I freaked out because I didn't think you liked me and that you were drunk so I thought you just wanted to bang some random girl, and I-" Before Aurora could finish her sentence Hiroto had placed his lips on hers silencing Aurora, they parted from the kiss Hiroto stared at her his eyes were memorized by hers feeling as if he was falling deeper and deeper into them. "You stare so deep into my eyes; tell me do you find comfort in them?"
"Yes yes I do, listen Aurora about earlier I am sorry I came off to you like that I promise it won't happen again" "Answer me this Hiroto, do you like me or was it just the drunk talking?" "I like you" Aurora took a breath before speaking "Was what happened today because you are fine with PDA at work or was I another Becky to you" "I am partly fine with PDA at the workplace, but when I saw you it seemed like Robert was flirting with you and I wanted you all to myself so I acted harshly and unprofessionally, I was being an absolute idiot I-" Aurora couldn't help but, laugh at him she knew he was pouring his whole heart out but the thought of Robert in that sentence was too much "Rob is gay you know" "No, didn't" Hiroto was stunned by the misinformation, an obvious blush on his cheeks, Hiroto couldn't help but laugh at Aurora making the mood lighten up "Miss Solace," Hiroto said sweetly grabbing her hand "Will you be my girlfriend?" Aurora smiled ear to ear gripping his hand as she yelled "Yes!"
Their lips connected again moving in sync; parting from the kiss they smiled at each other feeling all that stress and worry float away, happily they were officially together. Hiroto offered to drive her back to the apartment judging by how dark outside had gotten she politely rejected the offer allowing him to walk her home instead "Well I guess I'll see you tomorrow bright and early" Aurora said unlocking her door "I thought you were taking the day off?" "Well it turns out I am feeling much better" Aurora opened her door stepping inside her apartment "I forgot something," Aurora thought running out the door "Hiroto!" she yelled as he was moments away from stepping into his car "What's wrong?" Aurora pressed her lips against his cheek. "Bye bye" she waved walking back into her apartment. "Where were you?" "ahh! What are you, my mother?" "of course isn't that obvious" Aurora rolled her eyes as she made her way to her room. "You're not gonna tell me what happened?" "Too tired" "It's alright you're off tomorrow right?" Aurora smiled at her blowing a kiss. "I'll never take a day off"
