A few days passed ever since Aurora and Hiroto officially started dating; the atmosphere was very awkward having everyone staring and looking puzzled at Aurora who was smiling ear to ear every time she would go into his office and even so going into his office for no reason at all. Their goal was to keep the relationship under wraps until further notice, but these love birds had no idea how obvious Aurora was being; Hiroto had no cover-up in the matter as well leaving roses at her desk every day was a new color that mimicked the rainbow order. It was sweet yet, in an attempt to keep everything casual was not casual. "You're doing a what?" Aurora asked tapping her pen against the notepad she held against herself, she was sitting across from Hiroto in a local café near the building, Hiroto took her out for coffee to discuss private business matters "I'm working on a new investment that not everyone knows of yet" he said sipping his coffee. "Are you going to tell me what it is?" "No, you may not know about it if you did it wouldn't be a secret now would it?" he replied smirking. "No, I guess not" Aurora started writing down notes on her notepad that maybe gave her a hint as to what it could be. Although her coming to hear the news was not the only thing he told her, she was assigned to create a whole line of clothing ideas that suited the investment. Aurora was taken aback when the news was given as she had no idea how to even style her outfit, but she wouldn't back down from the opportunity. The idea was to give a natural look and a home cozy style she needed to invent and have done by the end of the week.
"Are you writing 'investment plan' in that book of yours?" Hiroto asked leaning over the table and trying to take a peek at what she was writing. "Maybe I am, what's it to you?" he laughed "I'm only asking there's no need to get offensive" Aurora pouted her lips as she carried on writing. Aurora sipped her coffee as the waiter came with their food, they ordered one single muffin to share neither of them was particularly hungry, but it complemented the coffee since they had both run out to have coffee. "Miss Solace open your mouth" Aurora raised her head to look at Hiroto; they agreed to be professional in and outside work unless they were alone together but, her eyes were greeted by a muffin stabbed with a fork. "What am I looking at?" Aurora asked in a sarcastic tone. "The muffin we ordered silly" he smiled brightly.
"Is this the blueberry muffin?" he nodded his head continuing to smile "Yes, that very muffin" Aurora was confused at what he had been doing with the muffin, it wasn't that Aurora didn't want to eat it, Aurora just thought her eating from him like this would draw some unwanted attention. Hiroto is a well-known businessman so any sort of action we do and take will spread like wildlife, Aurora sighed giving in, Aurora took a bit of the muffin slowly chewing it very demurely "Well?" Aurora swallowed the delicious food she had in her mouth smiling back at him "It was marvelous" After they wrapped the discussion Hiroto drove Aurora and himself back to the office "Hey Mr. Han" "You know you don't have to call me that all the time so formally. You have to say it when we're at work" Aurora nodded her head in agreement "I'm well aware of that but, I still have to get used to it" "So I would like it if my girlfriend would call me by my name in my own car" Hiroto said in a more monotone voice, Aurora noticed the change in his voice but brushed it off, "I don't think I can pronounce your full name"
"What do you mean you don't know how; you say my name just fine" Hiroto raised an eyebrow as he glanced at her "Maybe because I am not Japanese I will pronounce it wrong" "Well I grew up here in America so I don't have that accent your searching for" Aurora raised her voice a little "I'm not talking about looking for the Japan in you I mean I have no idea to say your last name or whatever name you have right, I mean what if I say it and spoil it" Hiroto stopped the car before pulling out the parking lot, he didn't say anything instead he brushed his hand over her head to her cheek smiling at her, Aurora didn't move her face or did she look at him feeling the guilt of raising her voice however she did mumble an apology. He took a a breath before speaking "Would you like me to teach you how to pronounce it?" Aurora immediately turned her face to him smiling at him excitedly "Yes please" "Mr. Han does sound so good though" "Hiroto!" "That too" Aurora started to playfully punch his arm as he laughed at her childlike behavior "Not fair!" Aurora protested "Super fair" he responded; after catching their breath from their very unprofessional display in the car Hiroto spoke "Hanayu" Aurora looked at him blinking her eyes a few times "Again" "Hi-ro-to" "I know that one" Hiroto laughed "Just checking" he smiled at Aurora's unfazed expression "Ha-na-yu" Aurora rolled the words off her tongue to herself before she said them to him, it was slowly articulated "Yes that's correct as well" Aurora clapped her hands together feeling proud of herself for learning her boss/boyfriends full name. "Can I call you Hiro?" Aurora sheepishly asked, Hiroto moved closer to her placing a kiss on her lips "You can call me baby" Aurora felt her face heat up and her heartbeat get faster; she hid her face by covering it with her hands as Hiroto hid his smile.
Hiroto placed a soft kiss on her cheek before he opened the car door for her; they did however think bout coming into the office separately or together, but the obvious answer was to just go in together as they left together. Aurora took a seat at her desk sorting out the new files placed on it "So how was the sex break?" "Coffee Rob," Aurora said copying all her notes onto the system "How is it that you get a man and I can't?" Rob said sitting on her desk licking his lollipop very sexually eyeing their collages "I guess I'm just lucky and shouldn't you look on Grinder or something" "You don't think I am not on Grinder" "Well maybe you should look harder and by that I mean you should work harder" Aurora smiled at him cunningly he gasped holding his hand over his chest to indicate how hurt he was when he wasn't. "How dare you say such things, I'm too a hard worker," Aurora opened her file cabinet to unload a pile of folders on the desk "Alright I'll let you prove it" Rob looked in fear at the large pile of work displayed in front of him "Give this to the editors so they can check if this is good enough to submit to the design department" The portfolios were a book size on their own as well as her notes she attached to a sticky note on all of them it was a heavy load; Aurora couldn't hide the smile at him looking at the work he neglected so much she wondered how he even managed to get the job in the frets place he rolled his eyes at her before blowing a kiss and walking towards the editor's office. Aurora got started on 'Natural Life Style' the project she was assigned to.
