Chapter Thirty Three

I arrived at Susan's home. Susan ran towards me and hugged me with all her might.

I felt dizzy. It was probably the tiredness.

"Hello Suzy"

"Kira! I missed you so much! Come inside"

Susan said enthusiastically.

Susan welcomed me in her house and prepared a guestroom.

Then she sat besides me and asked

"Well, what happened? You don't seem to be having a holiday"

I told her everything slowly. After the whole thing she was surprised.

"Are you sure you will be fine after leaving him?"

"Ah~ this question... My in-laws asked the same thing..."

"So? What was your answer?"

"Even if I regret I can only move forward..."

"What will be your answer now?"

"I don't know... Just the thought of him loving someone else... It hurts."

"What about him? What if he loves you?"

"That can't be true. He told me that Silvia is his true love"

"Ah... My poor friend. We both suffer from love..."

"What happened to you Suzy?"

"A year ago, I met this very handsome man who came for a business trip... He said he worked for a wealthy CEO... He was totally my type!"

"That's rare!"

"Well, before realising it I fell in love with him... The last time we met, we went to a bar and had a few drinks. Before realising it I gave birth to his child..."

"What?!"

"Yes... But thankfully, I am not all alone here! I have my lovely son!"

"That's nice to hear... "

With tiny steps a little boy with ginger hair and big blue eyes, came to the living room. He was plump and small.

Susan ran towards the little boy and said happily

"My little James is here!"

I felt a little envious of her.

At the sight of Susan and her son being so wholesome, I was lonely...

Kyle's POV

Lately, Kira has been distant and depressed. Am I not a good husband?

When we met my parents, I asked them beforehand to be welcoming and not fight in front of her.

They did well... But Kira seemed to be bothered by something else lately.

When Silia hugged me, Kira seemed sad. Only sad. No signs of jealousy... Does she not love me?

Did I force her so much?

We must talk and then figure things out!

Then, in the car...

What was that conversation about? How did she know about Killion and Silvia?

I walked back and forth in my room to figure out how was it possible for her to know.

She wasn't supposed to remember... Not until she fell for me again...
