Something about Frank today is just turning me on.

I mean, he looks good every day, but he looks really good today. He has a little bit of black eyeliner on, he just looks so emo and I find it so hot.

Class ended, and I had two free bells.

Doesn't Frank have a study hall right now? Maybe he can come down right now if he doesn't have any work to finish.

Besides, I forgot to tell him about my idea for us.

I pulled out my phone and texted him, hoping he wouldn't get caught. You're allowed to have your phone out in study halls so it doesn't matter anyways.

To Frankie<3: Hey youre in a study hall rn right? Im bored and I miss you :( I have bell 4 and 5 free so I was just wondering if you wanted to stay here early

From Frankie<3: yeah i am, and sure i have nothing to do

To Frankie<3: Yay :] I can call your study hall teacher and she'll let you come down if I just ask for you

I called his teacher saying I needed him to come down so I could help him with his project. Thankfully, she sent him down.

He walked in and we instantly attached ourselves to eachother. He wrapped his arms around me and rested his head on my chest, right below my chin.

"It's been not even 5 minutes and I miss you" I said, kissing the top of his head.

"I miss you too. I wish I could be around you all the time." He responded as he squeezed me tighter.

I swear I'm so in love with him.

I should tell him about my idea so we aren't just sitting around in silence.

"So uh, I have an idea for how we can actually go out and date and stuff without getting caught," I started in.

"So if you aren't interested in this that's totally okay but I'm just gonna put this out there.. what if we do stuff at night? Not like 8 or 9pm night, like 2 or 3am. It'd be darker and cooler out which we both prefer, also nobody is out. We can do a lot more if we did that. Just a suggestion though, we don't have to do it."

He nodded his head, "No that's actually a great idea, we would have a pretty fucked up sleep schedule but it's worth it. We could try that tonight if you want."

I'm so happy he said yes, losing sleep sucks, I honestly thought he would say no.

"Yeah, sure! This is good, we can finally go out and do stuff, sort of." I said.

He nodded, "Yeah, and when I graduate then it doesn't matter, right? Or do we have that law where you like, have to wait a year or something?"

Oh shit, I didn't even think about that, "Fuck I don't know, I'll look it up, hold on."

I typed into the search bar on my phone since the school tracks the things I look up on my school computer, "can i date my student right after they graduate in new jersey?"

The first answer popped up immediately.

if the student is of legal age to be in a relationship with an adult, it is legal to date a student after graduation.

A/N : hi so that actually isnt true in real life, i think the law is that you cant date one for at least a year after graduation but i could be wrong. all i know is in the US it is illegal to date one right after graduation. i made it so it could happen right after in this fanfic because its fiction also the epolouge wouldn't work if i didnt also mama is on and i fucking love that song ok bye
