I was walking with Jack when he asked me a question. "Do you think if it came down to it, would you use your spy or assassin skills to help us, because then I'll have to kill em". I looked at him, he was angry. "You don't kill him, there's other was to get people to talk" He looked back at me. "How?" I tilted my head and smiled.

"I'd tell you but A. It's kinda secret because I'm a spy and B. I don't think your his type" I laughed and he slightly smiled. I looked at him. "Let me talk to him, I just kicked his ass, he'll listen". He looked at me and shook his head. "No, you can it's to dangerous". I raised my eyebrow and tilted my head.

"Did you not see what I did to him, I think you may be forgetting, I'm an assassin. I could kill every person on this island in a matter of hours" He looked down. "Besides he thinks we have a connection" I smiled. He walked away and I turned back to go see Sawyer once again.

I walked up to Sawyer and saw him cutting wood. I leaned on the tree next to him. He looked back and shook his head. "Hi again" He laughed and shook his head. "Back for more already blondie" I lightly laughed and tilted my head. "What do you want" He looked back. "Excuse me?" I spoke again.

"What do you want, Sawyer" He turned back. "Blondie, I got so many answers to that question, I wouldn't even know where to start" I spoke up again. "What do you want for the inhalers" He stopped. "Oh, good question. Hang on a tick" I rolled my eyes. "What do I want. A kiss ought do it" I tilted my head. "What?" He turned back to me.

"A kiss from you, right now." I scoffed and looked at him. "I just kicked your ass maybe 20 minutes ago and now your asking me to kiss you, I don't buy it" He looked down. "Buy what?" I looked at him. "The act, you try too hard, Sawyer. I ask you to help a woman who can't breathe, and you want me to kiss you. Nobody's that disgusting, not even me"

He kept cutting wood. "I've seen you, you know" He replied. "See me what?" I looked at him. "With that piece of paper, the one you keep in your pocket, I've seen the expression on your face when you read it, how carefully you fold it up. It means something to you. So, you can play games all you want but I know there's a human being in there somewhere. Give me the medication.

He turned back. "You think you understand me" I looked at him. "Ya, a litt" He looked back. "Shut up!". I turned my head confused.
He walked up to me. "Wanna know what kind of human being I am?". He pulled out the letter. "Read it!" I looked and picked it up. I opened it carefully. "Read it out loud" I looked at him then at the letter. I began to read it, out loud like he asked.

"Dear Mr. Sawyer, you don't know who I am, but I know who you are, and I know what you've done. You had sex with my mother, then you stole all my dads money and ran away. So he got angry, and he killed my mother. And then he killed himself, too" I turned back to him. "Don't stop now, your getting to the good part" I didn't want to read it, it reminded me too much of my own childhood, full of death, abuse, lies.

I looked back at the letter and continued to read it. "All I know is your name. But one of these days, I'm gonna find you and I'm gonna give you this letter, so you'll remember what you done to me. You killed my parents, Mr. Sawyer." He glared at me and grabbed the letter out of my hands. "Now about that kiss" I looked at him, his nose still broken then I turned away. "I didn't think so".

He walked away and I thought about how he didn't realize it but we were more alike then probably any one in this island. I walked away from him. I felt tears forming but I changed my emotions before coming back to the main part of the beach.
