It was morning or light at this point. I hadn't gotten much sleep but that's what you get for taking about burning bodies before bed. I looked at the middle of the camp to see Hurley and Sawyer fighting with people crowded around them so naturally I ran over.

I saw Jack and Sayid run up to and I walked up behind Sawyer next to Jack when boom. I fell right to the ground, with a bloody nose that hurt like hell. I looked up to find out it was Sawyer who hit me. I stood up and saw the look on his face, he was shocked at what he had done and immediately felt bad. I knew I was going to be quick to forgive him but if he wanted to hit me then I wouldn't. I knew he didn't want to on purpose.

He started to walk over to me when Sayid ran between us and pushed him down which made him mad again. "I don't think so". I turned to Jack, who looked at my now deformed nose. He took one look at it. "Yep, that's.. that's a broken nose. Charlie spoke up. "How are you going to fix a broken nose on a deserted island?". I looked at him with all eyes now on me.

"Like this". I put both of my hands on my nose and got ready for the pain. I cracked my nose back in place. I heard people oohing and just gasps. "Son of bitch, that hurt". Everyone looked at me. I looked at Hurley and Sawyer who were stilling fighting then I looked at Jack. "Continue being the hero".  He walked up to them when I saw Kate walk up to me.

"Pretty badass to break your own nose back into place.". I looked at her. "I definitely need that drink now". She looked down before she spoke. "I need to tell you something". She pulled me away from the fight, the crowd and back to her tent. "I've been thinking on how to tell you this ever since you came to me".

I looked at her and nodded knowing it was probably about what she did to get arrested. "I killed a man". I acted shocked. "For what reason?". She looked up at me. "He was an awful man, he abused my mom, he tried to make advances on me multiple time and he... he just had to go". I looked at her. "I understand, you did it to help your mother, it's ok".

She looked up and at me with a smile on her face. "Thanks, your a good friend". I started to exit her tent. "Of course". I went back to my tent. I was in my tent when I heard someone lurking around the outsides. It was Sawyer. "Is blondie home?". I glared at him. "Look I didn't mean to hit you, I thought you were someone else". I looked at him. "And what difference does it make?". He replied. "If I knew it was you, I wouldn't have hit you, because you would have made a fool of me again!".

He was laughing by the end of his sentence and I was smiling. I looked up at him. "I get it relax, but if you want to keep talking to me your going to need an appointment, office hours are only for people on my level and well." He laughed. "Oh well damn". I looked back and started to walk away, "Do you need some ice for that?". He looked down and smiled. "All good blondie".

He whispered something under his breath but I was able to make out the last part. "All good sweetheart". That's what he said. He was an awful whisperer. He was growing on me and I was growing on him.

It was almost like we understood each other.
