A day or two later I came down with the flu and had to stay home from school. I have just moved most of my stuff from the Andrews household to the Jones' 3 bedroom trailer. Of course, once I move I get sick. I was currently in my room, on my bed, curled up in blankets. I had a tissue box at my side, medicine on the bedside table. I was completing my English homework. Which was to read and annotate Animal Farm. I heard a knock on the door, I looked up to see Sweet Pea, he had two bowls of soup in his hand.

"You should be in school," I insisted.

"And you should be asleep," Sweet Pea argued as he walked over. "You look awful."

"I feel awful," I added. "How did you get in?"

"The Serpents don't know the meaning of a locked door," Sweet Pea answered as he handed me the soup.

"I know," I laughed. "Thanks."

"Let's watch a movie," Sweet Pea suggested as he put his soup down.

"I have to get this done," I argued.

"You have all day today and tomorrow to get this completed," Sweet Pea reminded me. "We are watching West Side Story." He grabbed my laptop and walked over.

"I'm going to get you sick," I protested.

"I will be fine," Sweet Pea assured me as he held my hand. Soon we were watching West Side Story together.

(Sweet Pea's POV)

"What do you think?" I asked. There was no reply, I looked over to see Dani asleep. I smiled before kissing her head and hitting replay on the movie

(Dani's POV)

A couple of days later and a week after the integration of the Southside students in Riverdale everything went back to normal. I attended Vixens practice and Swords and Serpents meeting. With a few glances with Sweet Pea. One day I was walking down the hallway with Veronica when we bumped into people, I felt hot coffee go down my shirt.

"I am so sorry Dani," Dilton immediately apologized.

"It's alright," I assured him. "I have an extra shirt in my locker." Dilton smiled in relief, Veronica and I went to my locker, I opened it revealing Sweet Pea's Serpent jacket and a shirt.

"An who's shirt is that?" Veronica asked as I took it out, then smelled it. It still smelt like him, and I kinda liked it.

"Not Archie's shirt and not Josh's shirt," I answered. "Well, I'm gonna wear it."

"You don't even know who's it is," Veronica pointed out.

"I might know who's it is," I admitted as I gestured to the bigger Serpent jacket in my locker. Veronica raised her eyebrows at me, I shut my locker, grabbed Veronica's hand, and dragged her to the bathroom.

"So, you're now sharing your locker with Sweet Pea?" Veronica asked as I walked into a stall to change my shirt.

"He says so he can get out of the school faster," I informed. "Even though his locker isn't that far from mine."

"Or to spend time with you," Veronica suggested.

"I don't mind," I admitted as I walked out, the shirt was a bit too long on me, it went to my knees. Veronica took out a hair tie and fixed the shirt. "Can I tell you something?"

"Girl, I am all ears," Veronica laughed.

"I might have called Sweet Pea cute to his face and kissed him on Christmas," I stated.
