[ hyunjin pov ]

i woke up and saw heejin still sleeping and i decided to not disturb her so i just went to wash up and change out of my pyjamas and walked to the kitchen.

i saw jinsoul in the kitchen cooking some food so i walked into the kitchen to pour some water and also to strike up some conversation with her.

"goodmorning jinsoul unnie."

"goodmorning hyun." jinsoul replied and smiled.

"what're you cooking?" i asked and looked over to where the pan was.

"just some eggs and bacon, and im gonna toast some bread later." jinsoul said and i nodded.

"oh by the way, heejin told me you used to have a crush on her when you were younger?" i asked and jinsoul nodded.

"yeah i used to. she's a really admirable girl. consider yourself lucky if you're best friends with her." jinsoul replied.

"how'd you fell for her?" i asked and jinsoul explained from where it all started.

[ jinsoul pov ]
FLASBACK

"bunny don't!" i shouted when heejin was getting ready to jump off the bed to jump onto me because she knows that i'll always be ready to catch her.

"WEEEEE" she shouted excitedly as she jumped onto me and i caught her, like always. i slowly put heejin down on her bed and pulled the blanket over her body.

"stop playing, go to sleep bunny." i said and pat heejin's head.

"goodnight, sweet dreams jindori. i love you." heejin said and smiled, which i returned.

"goodnight and sweet dreams to you too bunny. i love you more." i replied and lay down beside her and slept.

~in the morning~

"girls, wake up." heejin's mother said as she walked into heejin's room and opened the curtains. heejin rolled over to me and back hugged me as she snuggled her face into my back because of the sunlight.

god heejin, making me fall so deep in love for you is a no no.

"jinsoul, your parents are coming soon, you've gotta get ready." heejin's mother said and just as i was about to get out of bed, heejin pulled me back and hugged me tighter.

"nooo.. don't go." heejin mumbled.

"heejin, jinsoul needs to get ready." heejin's mother said and she hesitantly let go of me. i went to change into another set of clothes because i have a few sets of clothes in heejin's house as my parents are always not free to pick me up so i've gotta stay at heejin's house.

"see you tomorrow at school bunny." i waved goodbye and heejin waved back and hugged me. my heart is beating so fast at this point and my cheeks flushed red as i hugged her back.

"let's go jinsoul." my mother called out and i let go of heejin and ran towards my parent's car.

jeon heejin, jeon heejin, jeon heejin was all i was about. heejin and only heejin. the person i loved most, the person who i thought i got a chance to spend my life with.

~ skips to 4 years later ~

"happy 11th birthday bunny!" i said and passed heejin her present.

"thanks jindori!" she replied and hugged me tight.

"what's this?" heejin asked as she ripped open her present and yes it's a skateboard. i bought one for her because now i can have my favourite person to skate with me.
