[ heejin pov ]

"what's up?" i asked.

"well my dad texted me and he said that i went to the same school as you and he wanted me to follow you and watch you but i don't want to because that's your privacy and i shouldn't be telling you this but don't tell anyone, he's asking me to watch you because jeon minhyun asked him to. but it doesn't make sense because why would jeon minhyun wants to watch you.. unless, you're related to him?" minghao explained.

"okok. yes im related to jeon minhyun. he's my dad. i appreciate that you don't want to watch me and i don't want you to watch me either. but if your dad asks you something about me just come up with some random lie or quickly text me and i'll tell you what to say." i instructed.

"okay. sorry for taking up your time, you can go back to your friends now." minghao said and i nodded and walked back to my friends.

"what was that? who was that?" yeojin asks enthusiastically, "he's kinda hot though, i mean look at his jawline, sharp as hell." yerim sighed and went on her phone. ooo she jealous.

"he's the new student in my class, he just had something important to say to me." i said.

"what's so important that he has to say 'that thing' and can't say what he has to say." jiwoo questioned.

"it's nothing." i simply replied and switched on my phone.

time passed

"heejin, can you come here?" ms park, my physics teacher, called out and i took my bag and walked to her.

"yeah?"

"well, your physics is not doing very well i would say."

"mhm.. and?" i questioned.

"is it possible if you stay back now for maybe about 30 minutes or so? because i feel that you need consultation and i wanna be here to help you get better at physics."

"well, um.." i said, hesitant to agree, "sure.." i mean it's just 30 minutes right.

40 minutes later

hell nah, it's already 40 minutes, i gottta go find hyunjin and accompany her for her training. come on ms park.

"ms park, um.. are you.. done?" i asked, "it's already 40 minutes and i gotta go."

"ah i see, where do you have to go to?"

"you don't have to know, so can i go now?" i asked, standing up and preparing to go.

"okay, i guess that's all for today, have a nice day."

"you too." i said and ran to the indoor sports hall, basically the basketball court too.

i went to sit on the benches. hyunjin and i made eye contact, i gave her a smile and a thumbs up and she smiled back in return. how cute.

they were doing some drills, ball handling, shootings and layups. hyunjin is doing so well, and not to mention, she looks so damn attractive doing those ball handles and those shots she made. god im so in love.

"okay everyone gather!" their coach shouted and the girls ran towards the coach.

"do y'all want to play match?" the coach asked, hyunjin and a few other girls screamed, "yes!" enthusiastically.

[ hyunjin pov ]

god is that even a question? of course i want to play the match! i love playing matches, it just teaches me where to improve on.

"okay, hyunjin, since you're the captain and siyeon, the vice captain, y'all get to choose your teams." the coach instructed and we stepped out and chose who we wanted in our team.

we played until training almost ended and coach asked us to drink some water and after that go to the base line. oh god, going to the base line means we had to run. fuck.

"suicide run, in 32 seconds, if you don't make it, re run." coach said and we got into our running positions. coach blew the whistle and we started running. man i am running for my life.

[ heejin pov ]

damn what, suicide run in 32 seconds, i could never. hyunjin is doing so well, she's the fastest. she's at the full court run now, so it's her last lap. come on hyun, you've got this!

she ran to the other side of the full court and her coach started counting down from 8 seconds. she made it back at the 2 seconds and was first. god she's so fast.

[ hyunjin pov ]

wow, that was so fucking intense, it's good that we didn't have to re run because no one came in after the last second.

"gather." coach said and we gathered around her, she started talking and talking and finally ended her "speech". and now we're dismissed YAY FINALLY.

i walked up to the bench and went towards heejin and also where my bag was and started packing.

"hey, you were so fast." heejin said and i chuckled.

"why thank you."

"you did great out there too!" heejin complimented again.

"thank you again." i said and pat her head, "let's go." i picked up my bag and my shoe bag and heejin walks beside me out of the school.

"since i drove to school today, let's go eat somewhere." heejin suggested.

"sure, but where?"

"let's go to the mall and we shall see." heejin said and pulled me to her car. we got in and heejin started driving to the mall. i left my shoe bag in the car and brought only my school bag just in case i had to put some things.

"let's eat chicken?" heejin said.

"sure, but um, we should go wash our hands first, i just finished training and you held my dirty hands just now." we went to the toilet to wash our hands and went to the chicken store and went to order our food.

time passed

damn, the food tasted so good and im eating it with heejin which makes it even better. heejin drove home and we took turns to take a shower and now we're just laying in bed. the bed feels so comfortable i don't even feel like moving.

im getting a little too sleepy so i decided to just sleep.

"good night heekki." i said.

"goodnight hyunnie. have a good sleep." heejin replied and hugs me while we slept.
