Terrible things

Mom's POV:
"Where the fuck were you?" David yelled as he hit Lauren.
"I was at Shannon's house!" Lauren yelled as she ran to her room.
"YOU CAN'T JUST HIT HER LIKE THAT!" I screamed.
"DON'T YELL AT ME!" David screamed at me.
Meghan ran to her room. Scared.
"I wish i never met you." I said, crying.
"I WISH YOU WEREN'T SUCH A BITCH." David screamed.
I ran to the bathroom, locked the door & called 911.
"hello, what is your emergency?" The operator asked.
"My husband hit my daughter & screamed in my face. I'm scared. Please take him away." I said quietly.
"What's the address?" The operator asked.
"104 birch street." I said.
"We will be there soon." The operator said.

I unlocked the door & looked to see if he around. He wasn't.
I walked out & i knocked on Lauren's door. No answer. I tried to open it but she locked the door.
I grabbed the key & unlocked it.
The window was open. She left.

The police arrived, i walked downstairs & opened the door.
"I don't know where he went." I said as they walked inside.
Meghan ran downstairs, in tears.
"He tried to hurt me." Meghan said, sobbing.
"We'll look for him." The police said.
Meghan got a text from Lauren.
"Lauren is at our friend's house & she wants me to bring her clothes." Meghan said as she ran upstair with a police officer.
She came back downstairs with 2 suitcases, a suitcase full of her clothes & a suitcase full of Lauren's clothes.
"You guys can stay at their house for the night, just have their mom call me." I said.
"Okay, can you drive me there. I'm too shaken up to drive." Meghan said.
"Yeah, whats the address?" I asked.
"45 flower street." Meghan said.
"Okay, let me get my keys." I said.
I found the keys & walked to the car.

"Why did you marry him?" Meghan asked breaking the silence.
"I honestly don't know." I sighed.
"You can't let him treat us like this." Meghan said.
"I know, i just never thought he'd turn into an ass." I said.
We arrived at their house.
Meghan got out of the car & walked to the door.
Lauren opened it.
It looked like she had a black eye.
I need to divorce him.

I drove home & opened the door.
They found David & arrested him.
"Oh, by the way, I'm divorcing you & taking full custody of the girls." I said in a snobby attitude.
"YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS." David yelled.
"No, I'm sorry but I'm not paying your bail." I said as i walked back in the house.
I went to Jimmy & Pat's house to pick up Lauren & Meghan.
I got to their house & walked to the door.
I rang the doorbell, their mother opened the door.
"Where's Lauren & Meghan?" I asked.
"Pat said that they went to a hotel with their boyfriends." Their mother said.
"What is the hotel name?" I asked.
"I'm not sure." Their mother said.
"Just great, both of my daughters are with 2 boys who i barely know." I said as i sat on the couch & put my head in my hands.
"Call them." Their mother suggested.
"Okay, I'm gonna go home & call them." I said.
I left their house & drove home.
I unlocked the front door.
I sat on the couch & called Meghan's phone.
She answered.
"Mom, it's 1 in the morning." Meghan whined.
"I know, i want you home in the morning." I said.
"Why?" Meghan asked.
"We're moving to california." I said.
"What about your job?" Meghan asked.
"I'll quit. I just want to make you & lauren happy, maybe I'll get a better job in LA." I said.
"Okay." Meghan said.
"What hotel are you at?" I asked.
"Holiday inn, the address is 129 sunshine street." Meghan said.
I wrote the address on a piece of paper.
"I'll pick you & Lauren up at 1 in the afternoon." I said.
"Okay, can i go back to sleep now?" Meghan asked.
"Yes, goodnight sweetie, I'll see you in the morning." I said.
"Bye, i love you." Meghan said.
"Bye, i love you too." I said as i hung up.
I put on my pajamas & went to bed.

I have a long chapter that i wrote a while ago about lauren & meghan going to California & i really like it but it wont fit in with the story if i have them going to California with Johnnie & Bryan. A lot of secrets come out & just a lot of stuff happens in that chapter & i worked really hard on it.
