After Zane was fully clothed in a new bathing suit, he met up with Aphmau and Airis on the bridge overlooking the lazy river. Airis couldn't help but laugh when she saw the brightly colored swim trunks Zane was wearing, not to mention the dark mask he always wore made him look a little silly since dark and light almost clashed just a little.
"Urgghhh!" Zane groaned clutching his fists in anger and embarrassment, "I'm so embarrassed."
"I mean..." Aphmau chuckled, "It's not like we saw everything. You were underwater. And even Airis covered her eyes, so there's nothing to be worried about."
Airis nodded and gave the man a thumbs up, silently telling him that Aphmau was speaking the truth.
"Not about that!" Zane denied, "I mean about these new swim trunks."
Airis and Aphmau chuckled, "You secretly like them, don't you?" Aphmau asked.
"Of course I do, but I have to wear them in front of everyone."
Airis scribbled in her notepad, "Don't worry, Uncle Zane. Even though you like ponies and cute things, we all love you all the same." She wrote smiling.
Zane sighed, "That doesn't matter. I'm not comfortable with it myself. It's the same as Aphmau not admitting the fact that she doesn't know how to swim."
Aphmau laughed, but then realized that what Zane said was true.
"Actually, it kind of is." Aphmau admitted, "Wow. I didn't even think about it like that."
"Look, it's a personal thing. But for now, let's forget about what happened. I'm not exactly happy with the whole situation. I think I'm just gonna go back to the house and call it a day. You're welcome to join me if you want an excuse to get out of this waterpark, Aphmau."
Aphmau stepped back in shock, "What are you talking about? I wanna go on the slides."
"Uuh, you can't swim, remember?" Zane asked.
Aphmau laughed again and pulled out a purple swimming donut-shaped floatie, squeezing herself through it so it sat around her waist.
"That's where you're wrong." She said victoriously, "While Airis and I went to buy those replacement swim trunks for you, I also bought this flotation device! Now I can go down the slides without worrying about swimming."
"I don't think they're gonna let you-- Hold on, you two bought me these trunks?!" Zane shouted.
"I wanted to get you something a lot cuter, but Aphmau told me no." Airis pouted while Aphmau laughed.
"Urgh! It's so annoying how you two know what I like." Zane grumbled.
"Aww! Zane, it's okay. Here let me give you a hug." Aphmau gave him a quick hug and then pulled away, "Feel better?"
"No." Zane grumbled, but as he looked down, he saw Airis holding out her arms for him to pick her up. Zane did as silently asked and picked Airis up in his arms. She wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him.
"HAHA! If a hug from Airis doesn't cheer you up, then nothing will." Aphmau laughed as Zane set Airis down.
"Okay, fine... that made me feel a little better." Zane admitted.
"What about Kawaii~Chan? Can Kawaii~Chan have a hug?" Kawaii~Chan asked holding out her arms after appearing from out of nowhere. Zane backed away in fear.
"Stay away from me!" He shouted.
"Oooh! Come here, Zane~Kun. Kawaii~Chan wants to see your new swim trunks. They're so pretty."
