In a dark room underneath a large building, a lone figure sits on the cold cemented ground bound by thick and heavy chains. Derek Lycan sat in his cold and dark prison, alone and wondering what would happen to him once Michael learned of him being there.

As soon as the night fell from the previous day, Derek went to sacrifice himself to Michael, thinking that perhaps giving him an Ultima would free his son and Granddaughter from his power-hungry clutches. And so, he went to see Michael, before immediately being detained and locked away like a wild monster.

A loud thump rang through his prison, and Derek looked up to see that he was surrounded by Guardian Force soldiers, their weapons aimed at him to subdue him in case of orders or emergencies.

The thud came from the heavy door opening and closing, Michael finally revealing himself to the soldiers and Derek. However, the soldiers refused to let him come closer for fear of his safety.

"Halt!" One of them said.

The second soldier walked up to Michael, and expression full of concern while keeping his composure as a soldier.

"Sir, it's dangerous. You shouldn't be here. Only authorized personnel are allowed in this room."

Michael quickly gripped the man's neck tightly, ignoring his desperate gasps for air. His once gray colored eyes quickly flashed an eerie shade of Emerald green. When he let go, the soldier was much more... agreeable to the entrance.

"I am so sorry, Michael." The soldier said, his voice a little more dead and cold, "Of course you're allowed in here."

"Wait? What?" The first soldier asked completely confused.

"He has access to the Ultima."

"Since when, Jack? We were given specific orders! No one is allowed to see the Ultima under any circumstances."

"I think it's.. a little too crowded in here." Michael said. He then looked in to the second soldier's eyes, both shining the same shade of Emerald green as Michael's.

The soldier, with seemingly no sense of control of conscious choice, raised his rifle, aimed at his comrade, and fired a single shot. The second soldier was brought to the ground, completely motionless while Derek watched in shock and horror at the controlled actions.

"I have something I need you to do." Michael said to the remaining soldier, "Go outside."

The soldier complied with the orders and lowered his weapon before exiting the room. As soon as the door was closed behind the soldier, Michael knelt down in pain clutching his chest as he took in a deep calming breath. But then, he looked up at Derek with a cocky smirk on his lips.

"Derek Lycan. It's an honor." He said.

Derek looked away in disgust, then back up in anger, "Michael. Where's Terry?"

Michael stood back up, "Oh don't worry. He's safe."

The thought of his friend being alive brought Derek some relief, but it wasn't enough as Michael circled around him.

"What? Nothing witty to say? No apology?" Michael chuckled, "It's been years, Derek."

"How did you escape?" Derek asked and Michael laughed.

"You know what's adorable?" He asked, "The very fact that you truly believed you could seal me away forever. There is no way a basic, lowlife mongrel like you could manage to seal me away on your own." He grunted from the strain of possession.

Derek smirked, "Still using your old tricks?"

"I don't argue with results."

"If you could control people, why didn't you control us? On me, or Garte?"
