"Y/n, listen to me okay, some very bad people-" Grindelwald tried explain his 1 year old daughter who he had a huge soft spot for. Y/n was very mature for her age. He was interrupted by a long bang. The door flew open.

Y/n began crying and clinging onto Grindelwald for dear life. Grindelwald picked her up and held her in his arms trying to calm her down. She wrapped her arms around her father's neck.

"Put the girl down!" An auror yelled at him. "Don't you dare hurt her!" The auror continued to yell.

"She's my daughter." Grindelwald explained. "I would never hurt her!" Grindelwald yelled back.

An auror walked over to Grindelwald and attempted to take the young girl, Grindelwald not wanting Y/n to get hurt just held her tightly.

Y/n felt someone trying to take her away and began crying and screaming, she tried holding onto Grindelwald but was snatched away. "Daddy!" Y/n yelled while being carried away. Grindelwald watched while beginning to tear up.

"Don't worry, Y/n. Daddy will find you." Grindelwald tried to reassure her.

"You'll have to escape prison first." The auror spoke. "Soon enough she won't even remember you." One of the other aurors spoke.

"That's my daughter! You treat her nicely!" Grindelwald yelled at them when he saw them handling her rather harshly.

"Daddy! Help me!" Y/n's screams echoed through his head.

"She'll be obliviated." An auror lied. The auror only wanted Grindelwald to feel as though there was no point in going after his daughter. He wanted him to feel like he already lost her.

"No matter what you do she'll still always be my daughter." Grindelwald spoke. "And... I'll find her." Grindelwald spoke before being handcuffed.
