Summary: After fighting the brotherhood, Krel realised that Aja's hoverboard should be able to fly not just hover. After experimenting it is time for trial runs. Can you guess who he runs into?

"I am a mechanical genius!" Krel tried to explain just how amazing and brilliant Aja's new hoverboard will be, but she only rolled her eyes.
"Mark my words" he say as he reached for the cool door handle to leave the mother ship. "You will love this... and I'm a genius."
Aja only crossed her arms tighter and shook her head with a familiar smirk plastered on her face.

"Just be careful okay!" Aja yelled out to him as he shut the door. Aja herself couldn't come and 'protect' Krel because she had an earth date with the lumbering oaf.

"No need to worry!" Krel shouted back, honestly quite poor choice in words, ofcourse there was need to worry. Alfa was still hunting them down and who knows what else at this point.

The sky was just about to turn dark as Krel set out through the forest behind their mother ship. Krel thought it would be a good idea to test their advanced technology away from the streets of arcadia. The dark on the other hand was quite inconvenient, Krel couldn't see a thing, honestly it would be easier without his transduction.

Once Krel found a stop wide enough and with suitable bedding for when he inevitably fell, he began his trials. The young king-in-waiting through the blue-lit hover board infront of him. It immediately grew to it's full length with ease and began to float steadily, with a few tremors.

Don't get him wrong, Krel believed in his mechanical abilities, but having to try them out on himself... let's just say he wasn't ecstatic. Krel began by placing two hands onto the surface, the smooth material silently humming under his fingertips.
He moved two of his four hands slowly applying pressure to each side to check its stability. Everything seemed to be in order, so taking in a deep breath of the sweet night air, Krel took a step onto the board.

The blue hoverboard shifted slightly but stayed stable. Krel sighed with relief and gathered his confidence to test out it's new feature. Krel pulled out a small remote from his back pocket. The remote consisted of three buttons; up, down, and retrieve. The third one was just incase the board went up... and didn't come back down.

With another deep breath Krel pressed lightly on the arrow signifying up. The board began to slowly rise and Krel could help but laugh and celebrate. Though that probably wasn't the best idea, his feet wobbled and in his attempt to steddie himself he pressed harder on the arrow causing it to rise even higher at an alarming rate.

Letting out a strangled cry, Krel fell to the board and hung on for dear life. He had let go of the button but now he was roughly ten meters from the earth. Which doesn't look like much but when you're testing a new invention in the middle of nowhere, it is.

Steadying himself, he sat up straight with each leg on either side. Taking in several deep breaths, Krel looked at his surroundings.
The sky was beautiful, the stars shone bright above his head and the wind blew softly past him as he sat above the clearing.

In the distance he heard running.
"ARCH! Come on we need to catholic it the..." the voice trailed off as it was too far away. Krel strained his human ears to hear what was happening.

The running feet slowed to walking as the sounds got louder. "Now where has it gone?" The voice got closer.

Krel used his remote to lower himself just below the tree line of the clearing.

"We found it once we can find it again Douxie" a lower voice spoke. Douxie, by far the most strange human name Krel has heard so far.

"Yeah, I suppose your right." Douxie spoke.
