Lia's POV

I woke up and quickly got dressed. I was still feeling butterflies in my stomach from yesterday. I hadn't told Jamie or Aliya because I was worried they'd judge me. I walked out of my room and made myself a quick breakfast.

J: "Morning Lia!"

"Oh morning Jamie!"

He smiled

J: "Plans?"

"Oh I was just going to go on a walk."

J: "Cool! I'm going shopping with Aliya later."

"Fun! Should we all watch a movie tonight?"

J: "Definitely. We need more group time."

I nodded and so did he. I finished my food and said bye to Jamie. Time to go on a nice walk and just think everything over. I turned the hallway and saw ugh, Carrie talking to Elias. God it made me mad to see she was being such a 'pick me girl' to Elias. But y'know what? It doesn't matter. Elias clearly likes me AND, I've hung out with him twice. I smiled. I had the bigger chance here. I turned down a different hallway and decided to think about Elias more. When should I confess to him? Maybe tomorrow? I had to do it before Carrie did. Okay, tomorrow it is. Maybe I'm being crazy, but I need to make sure I'm the one Elias likes, not Carrie.

-----------------Aliya's POV-----------------

I woke up and dressed in a gothic outfit and walked out. Today was the day I'd go shopping for Lia. I looked around and saw she wasn't home. Phew.

"Ready to go Jamie?"

J: "Absolutely!"

He smiled and tucked his phone into his pocket. I began walking out to his car. He had only the coolest car ever. It was a sports car that was themed after the anime 'Kakegurui'.

It didn't take me long to find it, as it was bright red

It didn't take me long to find it, as it was bright red. I slipped into it and waited for Jamie. After around 5 minutes he entered.

"Okay which mall?"

J: "Umm Garner mall?"

"Sure, that works."

He sped off to Garner mall. After awhile of driving, he parked the car neatly into the lot. I walked out of the car and walked with Jamie into the mall. I figured I'd just go to a gift shop somewhere in here and pick out a couple items for Lia. I entered a smaller store and began searching for something she'd like. I came across a fluffy lamb plushy. She'd adore that. Okay, now flowers. I picked out a small bouquet of pink roses and headed for the check out.

Cashier: "That'll be 11.04 dollars."

I nodded and pulled out my card. I tapped the machine with it and the cashier handed me a bag. She neatly packed all of the items in it and handed me the bag.

"Thank you."

She nodded and I left. Time to find Jamie. I searched the mall until I came across his favourite store, Urban planet. I sighed when I walked in, seeing him searching through numerous purses, heels and jeans. I tapped him on the shoulder and he slowly turned around.

J: "Uh gift to me from me?"

"Nope, c'mon Jamie let's go."

He gave me the sad puppy eyes as we walked out.

"We can go clothes shopping another day?"

His face lit up.

J: "YES!"

I laughed. We approached Jamie's car and I loaded my bag into the back. I walked around and slipped into the car, as did Jamie. He sped off back to school.

----------------------------------------------------------------

He parked the car neatly into the lot and we walked back to our dorm. I quickly smuggled the bag into my closet, seeing that Lia was home.

L: "Hey what was that?"

"Nothing! Nothing!"

J: "Yeah- nothing!"

She looked at us suspiciously

L: "Mkay."

After she turned around me and Jamie looked at each other with relief.

L: "Anybody up for Lucifer?"

"Me!"

J: "Are you kidding? Of course!"

We all dashed into the T.V room and watched Lucifer. For some reason I found myself nervous, it was probably due to the fact that I was going to confess to Lia tomorrow. Oh come one Aliya man up! It's tomorrow or never! I sighed and continued watching T.V, hoping it would rid me of my nervousness.
