Aliya's POV

I had so much fun the other day. Opening presents and sledding with my friends was just the thing I needed. Jamie had went home the other day and today I need to pack with Lia since we're going to her parents house later. I suddenly realized that, me nor Lia has a car. How are we even gonna get there?? I turned around and left my room.

"Uhm, Lia how are we going to get to your parents house? Neither of us have cars."

L: "Oh, I figured we could just take the train."

"Oh, alright."

I headed back into my room and packed my new Lucifer t-shirt and my raven necklace. I zipped up my suit case and began packing my backpack. I packed my computer, phone, make up and hygiene products. I picked up my suit case and my backpack. I walked into Lia's room.

"Hey, you ready?"

L: "Yup!"

I smiled and for some reason really wanted to kiss her. I pulled her closer to me and softly kissed her. She then bit my lower lip and deepened it. She had gotten the best of me. I slipped my tongue in and lead the rest of it. We pulled away at the same time and then smiled at each other.

"Let's go."

L: "Mhm."

We walked out of the dorm and down the hall, in comfortable silence. We exited the school and went to the train station. The train came about 5 minutes later and I handed the man our tickets and walked into the train. I sat by the window next to Lia and pulled out a book. I saw her do the same and I smiled. We both began to read, and after a bit Lia leaned on my shoulder. Now this, is peace.

-------------------------Lia's POV-------------------------

The train came to a halt and I packed my book back in my backpack. I got up and waited for Aliya. After seeing her stand, I walked out of the train, followed by Aliya. We stared up at the big city for awhile.

"It's pretty big huh."

A: "Yup, I can't believe you've lived her all your life."

"I can't seem to believe it either."

I shrugged and began walking to my parent's house. Eventually, I made it there with Aliya and we walked in.

A: "Woah! Your house is huge!"

"I mean, not really."

A: "Are you blind? Whaddya mean??!"

I giggled at her astonishment. I guess my house was pretty big. It had white walls, a long, skinny hallway with red carpet, and two stair cases leading upstairs. I walked down the hall and into the kitchen/living room area. We had 4 wall ovens, 4 stove tops, 2 dishwashers, 3 microwaves and a bunch of counter space, all with marble tops. Our pantry was the size of a normal bathroom, and had multiple shelves with top-notch food. As for our living room, we had a giant T.V, a real fireplace, vintage couches and chairs and a glass table. Our dining room was just outside, and was inside a gazebo. Next to that, was our pool. Aliya's mouth dropped.

A: "WOAH!"

"Hey chilllll"

A: "This is- this is amazing!"

I laughed. I heard my parents come down the stairs and then they appeared.

Mom: "Hi hunny!"

She hugged my tightly and squeezed my cheeks.

Mom: "You're so beautiful!"

"Thanks Ma."

My dad on the other hand pat my shoulder and smiled at me.

Mom: "Who's this?"

She said looking past me to Aliya.

A: "Oh- um- hi! I'm Aliya, Lia's girlfriend."

Mom: "Girlfriend as in love interest or a friend that's female?"

I looked at Aliya, giving her the 'it's ok' look. My parents are supportive so it's fine.

A: "Love interest."

Mom: "Ah! You're so adorable! No wonder Lia chose you."

Dad: "You seem, very independent and strong."

A: "Thank you very much."

Mom: "Why aren't you at your parents sweetie?"

A: "Oh.. they're not really supportive."

Mom: "Ah! Pish-posh. You're always welcome here!"

A: "Thank you."

I smiled. Seeing my mother and father treating Aliya as if she were another daughter made my heart warm.
