Jingle bells, Jingle bells! (Chapter 29)

Lia's POV

I sighed and with a thud placed my binder down on the kitchen table.

"Finally, it's winter break."

Jamie and Aliya laughed and set their binders down as well. 

"So, are we going to buy gifts?"

They both nodded.

"Alright what're we waiting for?!"

I exclaimed and ran to Jamie's car. I sat inside the car and patiently waited, moments later Aliya and Jamie sat down in the car as well. Jamie started the car and drove to the mall near our school. We all got out and entered the mall. As soon as we did, we all split up, not wanting to spoil our gifts. I headed into a gift shop and began searching for something Jamie would like. A bright pair of pride platforms caught my eye. Jamie would so love those! I quickly picked them up and continued searching for Aliya. I saw a raven necklace and a Lucifer t-shirt. I picked them up. I needed a better gift for Aliya but, this would have to do for now. I walked to the check out and purchased them. I then made sure that the bag I had wasn't see through. I sighed, unknowing of what I should get for my dad. I knew my mom would be satisfied with some type of designer necklace, and as for my dad, I was clueless. I knew he was simple, so he'd also probably enjoy something from the jewelry store. I walked in and saw a perfect necklace for my mom. It was a diamond heart with a gold chain. I picked it up and began searching for my dad. I raw a rolex, and figured that'd do the trick. I picked it up and began making my way to the check out, when I saw something show stopping. Tom Ellis, the man himself was standing there. I rushed over and tapped him on the shoulder. 

T: "Uh, yes?"

"Hi! I'm a huge fan of Lucifer, uh- could I have an autograph?"

He smiled at me 

T: "Why of course! It's so awesome to meet fans!"

I smiled and suddenly got an idea. The perfect gift for Aliya would be a signed Lucifer t-shirt! I grabbed the shirt from the bag and handed it to Tom. He scribbled his signature down on it. 

"Thank you so much! I hope you have an amazing day!"

T: "You too!"

I smiled, feeling accomplished and headed to the checkout. I quickly purchased gifts for mom and dad, and then headed to the food court to meet up with Aliya and Jamie. I made sure that everything I'd purchased wasn't visible. 

-------------------------Jamie's POV-------------------------

I searched the mall and finally found a great store. I entered and started looking. I need something for Hampton, Aliya and Lia. I saw a black plaid skirt with a chain and smiled. Aliya would love that. I picked it up and started searching for Lia. I saw a strawberry basket with a teddy bear in it and smiled. She loves cottage core things, so this would do nicely. I picked it up and searched for a gift for Hampton. He loves New York so maybe a New York tower model? I smiled and nodded. I picked one up and began searching for mom and dad. I figured a locket would work for mom so I picked that up. And for dad, a classic star wars lego set. I picked that up and strolled to the check out. I then purchased all my items, made sure I got an opaque bag and left. I headed towards the food court and then I saw a girl with bright pink hair sitting down alone at a table. Perfect, I've located Lia. I walked over and sat down across from her. 

L: "Hey! I see you've found everything?"

"Mhm! No we're just waiting on Aliya." 

-------------------------Aliya's POV-------------------------

I walked into my favourite gift shop and strolled down the cute little aisles. I saw a lucifer cardboard cut out and freaked. Jamie would adore that. I picked it up and began looking for things Lia would like. I saw a 'Spirit stallion of the Cimarron' breyer and knew she'd love that. I picked it up as well. I sighed when I remembered I was going to Lia's for Christmas this year. I had no idea what to get for her parents. I decided I'd just get them a card, some chocolate and a 50. I picked out some chocolates and a card from the store and headed to the check out. I payed and got an opaque bag. I headed to the food court and saw Jamie and Lia. I smiled and sat next to Lia.

I saw Aliya sit next to me and I smiled. 

"Are we ready to go?"

J: "Yup!"

A: "Yeah."

We all stood up and made our way to Jamie's car. We loaded his trunk with our gifts and sat down in his car. He sped back to campus and we grabbed our gifts. We then strolled back to our dorm and entered. The state of our dorm was pretty sad. We had a couple snow globes, a tiny tree in our living room and some fairy lights in the hall. At least we had something.
