Esme briefly felt relieved to find them, "Guys!" Then, she noticed them tied, "What happened? Why are you tied up?"

Emma puffed her cheeks, "Ask these assholes over there?"

She looked over to the group of guys meekly staring at her.

One of the bowed their head towards her, "Luna."

She turned to Adel, "Why are they tied up? Why are we all here?"

"Reasons."

"That's not an answer."

"It is."

"Listen here, let them go-" Her stomach growled loudly.

They all stared at her.

She felt her cheeks warmed. Oh right, I forgot to eat today... "Um..."

Adel snapped his fingers without looking away from Esme.

The group of men undid the ropes around the teens. Stacey quickly hugged Esme protectively.

Adel looked at Esme, "Better?"

Esme bit the inside of her mouth, she cautiously nodded.

"Assuming the rest of you haven't eaten, the table is ready. In the dining room." He made his way to the door and paused to peek over his shoulders, "I will explain there." He left and the rest of his men left.

The teens paused and they looked over each other.

Esme sigh in relief, "How did you guys get here?"

Stacey huffed, "We all got kidnapped in the morning on the way to school."

Esme blinked, "What?"

"When did you get kidnapped?"

"I didn't get kidnapped, I fainted and I woke up here."

Tim scratched his head, "So, you know them?"

Esme shook her head, "No. I don't, I just met them. Well... they are the ones from last night. That's not the point. Something happened."

Emma eyebrows furrowed, "What do you mean?"

"I was asking everyone at school if they had seen any of you all day. By the time school ended, I felt a painful sensation and I felt like I was on fire. Last thing I remembered; I was on the bathroom floor."

Stacey grabbed Esme's shoulders, "So you got kidnapped."

Emma jumped in, "They didn't drug you?"

"No. I don't think so." Esme answered. "I woke up and saw-" Her cheeks warmed at the incidents a few minutes ago, "I mean, I fell off the bed because I saw Adel in a chair next to the bed."

Stacey narrowed her eyes, "Adel?"

Esme nodded, "That's his name."

Stacey eyes narrowed, "You hesitated."

"No, I didn't. I was just freaking out."

Stacey smirked, "You're bad at lying. You like him. Is he your type?"

"What? No. I mean. I guess. But... he didn't do anything."

"So..."

"Well... he did ask for repayment."

Stacey scoffed, "Then he's bad news Esme."

Esme looked at her feet as she shuffled them, "I don't know."

Stacey shook Esme, "He kidnapped us!"

"I think we should hear him out."

Emma helped Esme away from Stacey, "Well, they are waiting at the dining table. He did say he was going to explain."
