Chapter thirty five

Few months later...

Annabelle's POV
I usually wake up in the morning looking like a zombie because I hardly sleep enough these days,my life is about school, school and school.

I have classes from 7am to 8pm and a bunch of assignments from my lectures thereafter for me to do.

I sleep at 2am in the morning and wake up at 6am because of the assignments I do and the projects that am working on.

Business art has quite alot of projects and it's somehow tough but I'll manage because it something I chose out of passion.As for business management, it is some how fair and BJ is helping me out.

Am glad he is now back in my life to stay.Finally,his parents have learned to accept the fact that I am now part of their son's life.

BJ threatened to leave them for good if they don't let him choose his life partner  for himself.His parents were afraid of losing their only heir for the second time.

The first time they got worried because he left without telling them.So, they had no doubt he we do it again for the second time and go far away from them.

These days, they let BJ do what he pleases.Besides,BJ has been immensely responsible for his parents company. Since he started running the company,it has been above the ranks of other business enterprises that is also doing great.

He has achieved another milestone of being a young CEO with great attributes and ethics when it comes to the business world. I believe he will beat his parents at it.

During his graduation,his parents came to congratulate him.They weren't happy to see me there,but I chose to ignore them.

Since BJ warned them to stay away from me if they can't accommodate me in their lives,they have respected that. Am glad we are keeping our distances and I don't have to deal with Scarlet's drama.

As for Jedidah,we have met a few times and she has never stop to threaten me.I heard she and Sonia got into a fight because of some guy.That led Sonia transfer to another campus in her home town because she couldn't put up with embarrassment and Jedidah.

I didn't know Jedidah would be too much for everybody including her own blood.

I don't know what she does with her life now and I don't want to know because it's none of my business.

Am currently in my third semester in school and I will be graduating next year. I can't wait to wear the graduation regalia,it has always been one of my dream.

Time flies so quickly when you are busy. It is another week of November and I am excited because, I have finished my school projects and my exams for this year.

Am also excited about going home to pinneapple to see my grandma and my mum.The only I have apart from BJ of course.

Nowadays both of them live like Queens, since grandma refused to move into a much better home,my mum decided to renovate the house for her. It looks exquisite now and all new.

My mum has been doing great in her work and it paid off.She even bought a car for herself and installed electricity at grandma's house.

My mum is my great inspiration to strive in life.She more friendly to me now and she also encourages me to do well for myself.

She is the reason why I am no longer ashamed that I am a daughter of a rapist who is still unknown to us.

I am glad no one asks about my father again, and even when they do I put them off.

I just finished packing my bags and am about to head back to pinneapple, it's sad that BJ isn't coming with me.He told me would come when he is done with his business meetings for the month.
