We're on the plane to Rio. We got first class tickets with ease. Even the most fearless people bow down at the name Capriotti. However, I know that as soon as we arrive in South America, Salvador is the one with all the power, the one that everyone is afraid of.

Travelling with Salvador makes everything feel so much less stressful. Yes, I'm powerful and scary to some, but Salvador looks it. He exudes power and wealth in just the way he walks and talks. And fuck me if I don't marry this man.

"You tired?" He asks as the plane gets ready to take off. I look at him and nod. I had to pack frantically this morning and make a ton of calls to ensure that everything runs smoothly while I'm away. Of course I'll still be doing work over the computer and phone but I've left my younger brother in charge, Alessio.

Alessio is only 17, but he gets it. He's efficient and scary. Very pragmatic, unlike my other brothers;
Matteo, who's 13 and Leo, who's 11. I like to think that if I ever retire, Alessio would happily take over. If it wasn't for all his fucking high school girlfriends, that boy would also be exceeding in school. Which not many Capriotti family members accomplish.

Salvador holds his arm out and I rest my head on his chest sleepily.

Alessio goes to an expensive boarding school in New York. He insisted that he move to America for high school. I know that his initial intentions were academic and linguistic, but now, I bet it's because of all the easy drug clients and all the easy girls. I smile while I think about him. I miss him.

Suddenly my phone buzzes in my hand and I check to see who it is. Aside from the many business messages and emails i see a message from an unknown number. I open it and I can feel Salvador looking down at my phone with me.

"Quando tornerai a casa sorella? Da Matteo [When are you coming home sister? From Matteo]" I smile at his cute message.

"Presto. Chi ti ha lasciato un telefono amore? [Soon. Who let you have a phone my love?]" i reply and he sends me a picture of his smiling face. I giggle at it happily. I miss my boys.

"Is that your brother?" Salvador asks.

"Yes," I whisper, letting out a sigh "I miss him."

I turn off my phone ready to take off.

"Let's go see him soon." Salvador suggests.

"You want to meet him?" I ask and look at him quizzically.

"Of course. I want to meet all your family." He mutters. I smile at him. "I'll arrange something." I state and soon after I drift off into sleep.
