Solana's eyes widened at the sight in front of her. She currently was in the same field of white flowers she first gained consciousness. "How did..why am I here?" She asked herself sitting on her knees. After jigen left the room she felt very lonely and tried to think of anything to cheer herself up.
She remembered how safe she relaxed she felt in the flower field causing an intense desire to be at that location. "Then I just appeared here.." She thought. As Solana was looking down at the flowers a small light floated in front of her. She watched as it drifted left and right. "What is this?" She mumbled then placed her finger out toward it.
The light landed on her finger. She stared at it in awe before it quickly flew away. She watched it get further and further then suddenly that same light started to appear everywhere. Solana's face lit up with excitement as she watched them all fly around. As one was passing by she gently caught it with her hands. Slowly peeling her palms apart to get a closer look if flew out.
Jigen intensely stared at the unoccupied bed and then squinted his eyes out of frustration. At first when isshiki saw the empty room it didn't matter if he lost that otsutsuki. He still would have jigen to feed to the 10tails but there was still a problem. She knows too much about kara, karma, 10tails, and his plan. Any shinobi she comes across could easily get that information out of her. Jigen grabbed his cloak and left the hideout. There's only one place he knew she would be.
As time passed Solana was laying down picking flowers. Most of the lights were still flying around her and the field. "Is he not looking for me?" She thought to herself. "Maybe he doesn't know where I am...if he doesn't find me where am I supposed to go?"
"But..should I let him take me back? This could be the only chance I'll get to see some of this world". Solana continued to think until a noise pulled her from her thoughts. At first, she thought it was jigen but it sounded like laughing.
She sat up and looked in the direction it came from. She could see figures walking on a dirt road nearby. Standing up she wondered where there going since it was nighttime. She then considered following them but the thought of jigen killing her for thinking she ran from him terrified her.
Solana continued to watch as they furthered from her. She counted three of them. "If jigen finds me I'll just explain I wasn't trying to run..that I got lost" she thought as she started running after them. She didn't notice a sharp rock beneath her that had cut her foot. She looked at it and saw blood drip on some flowers.
Ignoring the pain that had come she continued following the people keeping her distance to avoid getting seen. As they were walking the three suddenly stopped causing Solana to do the same. She quickly hid behind a tree. "We know someone is there. Come out!" A male voice yelled. Solana flinched at his sudden yelling.
She slowly walked out from behind the tree with her hands above her chest and a clearly terrified face. Her eyes met the faces of the trio. Solana stared at them frightened and they too stared at her shocked. "You heading to the festival too?" The same boy who yelled asked as they walked up to her. Solana didn't reply and took a step back.
"Hm. I've never seen anyone like you. Where are you from?" The other boy asked. The girl looked at Solana's foot and saw the blood from her cut. "Look. She's hurt!" She said. They then shone their lights at her feet. "Don't worry I can wrap it" the boy said giving a gentle smile. He then grabbed a cloth from his bag and crouched down in front of her.
He tried to touch her but she jumped back. The girl walked up to Solana and placed a hand on her shoulder. "It's alright. He knows what he's doing" she said. Solana hesitantly nodded and let the boy wrap her foot. It only took a couple of mintues before he was done. "We should get going to the festival. You can walk with us if you'd like" the girl said.
Jigen stood in the middle of the flower field he found Solana. This was the only place he knew she'd be since she told him once she gained consciousness she never left this spot. He looked down at the flowers to find blood. Bending down he lightly touched it. "It's still fresh" he thought. He then noticed a trail leading to a path and started following it.
"So what's your name?" The girl asked as she walked next to her. "My name is Solana" she replied. "Nice to meet you Solana". One of the boys turned around and then said all of their names. "Is this your first festival?". "I don't know what that is" she replied. Everyone looked at her like she was crazy. "I'm sure you'll love it".
They walked for 10 more minutes until they were at the entrance. Solana's mouth was slightly dropped as she currently stared at all the lights and people. They then went in and started walking around. "Let's try a game first" the girl said and grabbed her hand leading her to a stand. "It stops here" isshiki thought as he looked at the blood. He then decided to continue following the path.
Time passed and the girl said she was going to look for her friends leaving Solana alone. She was currently walking looking at everyone and everything. "As I thought. All humans aren't scary as him. Some are really nice. Their way of entertainment is odd and they consume weird things". She thought as she watched kids run and laugh.
She then stopped and watched as two people kiss. A light pink flushed her cheeks as she watched them. Moments later they parted and started talking. Solana stared at them as she could see the look in their eyes. The look as if nothing else mattered to each other except themselves. The thought of someone passed her mind though she didnt know why she's thinking of them at a moment like this. "Lovely isn't it?". Solana jumped in surprise and turned to find the boy who first spoke to her.
"Lovely?" She asked. "Yea. To have a connection with someone else. I think that's the best part of living. To find a special person and spend the rest of your life with them. Every single person is given that right no doubt about it." he said. Solana looked back at the two people who were now holding hands and walking away. "A connection.." she thought. The boy stared at her. "I've never seen someone like you. Where are you from?" He asked.
Solana looked at him. Seconds later all to familiar grasps were around her wrist. She looked behind her and the boy followed.
