"Wow! This looks amazing!" Solana said excited as she looked at the four plates of food placed in front of her. 2 days after the airship took flight with the vessel jigen went to talk to solana. She complained about wanting to eat something that wasn't the same thing he could create. He actually sat and listened to the complaints and begging to give her something else until he eventually gave in from her saying "she was about to die soon" and "it was the least he could do".
She had good and considerable points so with the condition that they would walk until the first food place they saw and she couldn't go more than 3 feet from him which she agreed to and prepared to leave. Jigen put on his cloak and gave solana one as well warning her to not take her hood off or to speak to anyone.
After 20 minutes of silent walking the pair stumbled across a new restaurant that was build for traveling shinobi and villagers. Before entering jigen reminded solana of his warning of her hood. The two found a table and sat across from each other. Solana looked at the menu and didn't know what anything on it was. "Pick anything so we can leave this place" jigen said watching the girl. Solana nodded. The man taking orders came up to their table and asked what they wanted. Solana looked at jigen not knowing if she was allowed to answer him.
"Go ahead" was all he said. Solana told him everything she wanted and jigen did the same. Minutes later 4 plates of food was set in front of solana and a glass of wine in front of jigen. Solana gazed at everything as jigen just sipped his wine. Half an hour passed and solana was already on her last plate. Jigen had about 3 glasses of wine in the meantime as he watched her devour all of that food. He couldn't believe someone so small had such an appetite.
About 20 minutes later Jigen payed for everything and the two went back to the hideout. Solana flopped on the bed as jigen stood by the door. Amado had just called for him. Solana sat up. "Thank you for taking me jigen" she said with a big smile. Jigen didn't say anything as he turned around. "Wait! Your leaving?" She asked. "I must handle something" he said and walked out. Solana stared at the door with disappointment. She was hoping they'd be able to talk.
Jigen entered Kara's living space to find a pacing Amado. He noticed jigen there and walked towards him. "Jigen! Where have you been I've been trying to contact you" he said. Jigen stared at him with a straight face. "I was handling business. What did you need?" He calmly said. Amado took in a deep breath before pinching his nose. Jigen squinted his eyes. "What's troubling you Amado. Is there an issue?" He asked. "Yes jigen a big issue. The airship transporting the vessel has vanished".
Jigen stared at him. "Victor you pathetic old fool" he thought. The fact he actually had the audacity to mess up everyone's plans. "What unfortunate news" jigen said. "I've been trying to locate the exact location of the vessel but so far all I can read is the airship landed near the land of fire. So shinobi may have already-". "Inform everyone of a meeting. This is a matter for all of Kara to discuss" jigen said interrupting him. "Good grief. If everyone's around sure" Amado said as he watched jigen leave the room.
Mintues later he sat on his chair in Kara's meeting space. He eyed everyone making sure all inners were accounted for. Everyone except Amado was there and that was because he was handling something for jigen. "Everyone..apologies for the sudden summoning. But this is a urgent situation. Some of you may have heard already.. we have lost the vessel" he said. Delta and Boro gasped. "Lost! What do you mean lost?" Code asked shocked. "The airship that was transporting the vessel has gone missing" jigen replied.
"All of that time and effort was for nothing? Great just great!" Boro yelled. "You've got to be kidding. Your telling me we poured enough money to buy a nation down the drain?" Delta added. "First the deepa situation now this? It's one disaster after another" code said. Jigen closed his eyes. This is something he wanted to avoid. "It's nothing to fret over" victor mumbled. Everyone looked at him. "Based on its flight path we have a rough idea of where it crashed. We just have to figure out it's exact coordinates and retrieve the vessel" he said.
"With all due respect. Is it not such naive thinking that produces blunders of this kind to begin with?" Kashin Koji said. "Goodness" jigen thought as he crossed his legs and rested his fingers on his head. Koji had a very strong point though. "Hold your tongue. Unless you want to die prematurely" Victor snared. "The time loss due to this type of mishap certainly falls within the expected margin of error. However if we consider that it was a preventable human error it's a different story" jigen said staring right at Victor.
Delta laughed. "In other words. Whoever's responsible needs to pay up" she said. Code grabbed his chin. "Oh. Now whose airship was it again?" He said taunting Victor. "Silence code! The airship was perfectly equipped! It just suddenly went off course! Maybe.. because of some sort of outside interference!" Victor yelled. "So your saying someone set you up. Tsk. tsk. trying to avoid taking responsibility is disgraceful" code said. "Before you start yapping about my accountability what about Amado? Why isn't he here? He was also involved with preparing the transfer!" Victor said.
"Amado is extremely busy. Even now our plan is still in progress" jigen said. At this point he was tired of Victor and his rambling. "That's not a good explanation" Victor said. "Then let me explain differently. It does not concern you anymore. That the vessel is not in our control anymore is itself a serious circumstance that should have never occurred" jigen said glaring at the old man. "Lord jigen. That sector is in my jurisdiction. I wish to be the one to handle it" koji said.
