Verna Tansmia, the Heiress of the Spring Court sat in the dinner room of her family's manor, with a slight smile on her face. Above the roaring fireplace, sat the only family portrait they owned. It was of Lady Yasmine Tansmia, her grandmother. She was so beautiful. Her hair was over only one shoulder, showing off her long neck and her eye of blue sapphire and emerald green looked into Verna. Last night she had felt her grandmothers eyes on her, during Starfall. The smile left her face.
Only late at night did Verna dream of her future. She was going to agree to the mating bond, and Nyx was going to do the same. They would have a celebration in a days time. Verna then thought about what her future might look like. She then thought about them ruling the Spring Court, an dangerous thought in its self. And if she was crowned High Lady by some miracle, she would need heirs. . . And male mates. . .they only allowed themselfs to father their mates children. Which means Verna and Nyx would have to have children. . .she blushed deeply at the thought. It was even more dangerous then the first one. But she then thought of something else, any children they would have would be pure proof that true Artemis and Tansmia royal family forgave each other.

"You seem happy, Verna dear." The High Lord said to his daughter. He was sat at the other end of the table, facing her. "Did something happened your not tell me about?" His Green eyes turning to Circe.

The High Priestess turned her black eyes to table. A cold wet towel on her head. Clearly trying to get ride of any remains of an hangover. Circe then looked at Verna before her eyes returned to Tamlin. She hissed a little as she spoke, "Why are you asking me?" She said. "Ask your daughter."

"Don't be like that, Circe." Tamlin warned. "Plus, I asked you a question."

"I told you everything." Circe said. "About who came, who did not. Where we watched it , what it looked like. Now stop asking so many questions." She put her head on the table. "Everything is so loud."

The dragon opened the door. She only blinked her light purple eyes at Circe and smirked before she walked over to her and whispered into her ear before walking away to her side of the table. Her gave Verna a pat on the head as she did so.

"Good morning," she said smiling.

"How are you so happy?" Circe moaned into the wood. Her ringed fingers under her chin.

"Because I get to see you suffer," Freya Evermore said smiling. She turned her face to Verna. "Pass the sugar, sweetheart."

Tamlin looked at Circe, "but your head up. We have guests."

"Oh don't worry Tammy," Freya smiled as she put three spoonfuls of sugar into her morning tea. "Iv known Circe her whole life, trust me, this is nothing out of the normal for her. Verna did Circe ever tell you that when she was younger, she came back at three in the morning only to find her father hinding—"

"That's enough." Circe hissed as she took the sugar away from the dragon. She let out a sad moan. "And Tamlin, I told you everything. You can even ask the dragon here."

The dragon seemed to have stepped out of the conversation however. As her eyes where on the painting of the female ontop of the fire place. A tear was in her eyes as she looked back down at her hands that she put around her body. Fighting of tears.

"I warn you Circe, do not talk back to me." Tamlin said.

"I can do whatever the fuck I want." Circe laughed. "I'm a High Priestess and a Princess of Re'en. My older sister had an army that would put Hyburn to shame. Hurt me, and you will learn why people never fight her. She will burn the Spring Court to the ground." Circe then smirked as she looked at the dragon. "You know what they say about her" she points to the dragon.
