Third Person POV

"My legs and back hurt."

You sighed as you sat at your office chair beside Yachi, she turned her head to you and tilted her head in confusion.

"Why?" She asked curiously, you quickly looked at her after you realized what you just said.

"Ahh, I was working too much on the weekends." You made up a reason, she just nodded in response.

"Am I the only one who noticed?" Yachi said.

"What?"

"That Mr. Vice Chairman hasn't been in the company for days, actually a week now." She said as you furrowed your brows.

"Really? Well, maybe he's busy in another company." You just shrugged it off, not really caring about him after the encounter with Mika before.

What company exactly?

"Mhm, since I heard that he's also holding another corporation at his father's side, so I guess it is,"  Yachi said. "Oh wait, I'll just get coffee, I haven't slept last night." She yawned as she left you alone at the office.

"Okay, I'll get one too."

Ring! Ring!

Your phone has been ringing for minutes now, you didn't know why you're getting so many calls these days. You are at your other office beside the chairman, you were alone in the room as you just went back to get coffee.

"Hello?"

"Hi, it's me again."

You dropped your coffee on the floor, eyes widen in horror as you heard that chilling voice again.

"Who are you?!" You shouted into the phone because it irritated you, you were frustrated, and you wanted to know who was on the other end of that voice changer call.

"Calm down, you'll know soon." The voice chuckled, it was giving you chills.

"Before I continue my words, I want you to listen to me carefully." You were scared and nervous, you decided to end the call, but.

"Ah-ah, no you are not ending the call."

"Follow these rules, and I'll let you end it, okay?" You just followed, you can't really do anything, you felt like you were being watched and threatened.

"Y/n L/n, 23 years old, working at BBC company as a secretary, got it." Oh, how can a random caller know such information about you, the voice continued, after all, you don't recall giving this information out.

"How about we settle things with an offer, fair and square."

"I'll give you the truth and the past of your company that no one has been telling you since you entered BBC, while you give me information in return." The caller said.

"I don't want this stupid offer." You spat, you knew what you were doing, the company's information is the most crucial, and every employee would nearly sacrifice their lives for the sake of the company's reputation and sake; no one would ever overplay it, no one.

"Brave, hmm okay then, I might have to force myself to go the hard way."

"Good luck."
