To have someone to crack harry potter jokes with and go to sci-fi comic cons with and get matching shadowhunter marriage runes with and cry over feels with and fangirl with and make cheesy lord of the rings pickup lines with and silently just read together with and accept our inchoate and unrequited love for our fictional characters with and go merch shopping with and die with yet still remain ever young as we plunge across the dark abyss the world ends at into other worlds and foreign dimensions where we always wished to go where Hogwarts awaited and the shire stood and the institute towered and the world was gone but for us.
