Chapter 8 = Why!!

" The reason why I was upset when you kissed me is Shawn asked me out!! I kissed another guy but I am not dating him." Kayla said. I am so upset I can just punch someone. I think I am a little to upset because I went to the room but Kayla stayed in the hallway, I went in the room and slapped Shawn in the face and then ran. He ran after me but I locked myself in the bathroom. I started crying. I liked Kayla since 6th grade. Why didn't I ask her out.

After about 10 minutes of crying to myself, someone knocked on the door. " Who-o-o
is-s it?" " It is Shawn and Kayla." Kayla said. " I am not opening the door." I told them through the door. " Come out so I can punch you." Shawn said. I opened the door but ram to me and Kayla's room. I locked myself in that bathroom.

Kayla never came to the room. I came out and saw her. I was shocked I did not hear her come in. It was just her. I started crying and then went back in the bathroom. I could not do is anymore. I am leaving. I took my stuff from the bathroom. I went out of the bathroom and started packing my stuff. " What are you doing?" Kayla asked. " Going home." I told her. " Why?" " BECAUSE I LIKED YOU SINCE THE 6th GRADE AND NOW YOU ARE GOING OUT WITH SHAWN!! I PUT THAT THING IN THE CUP TO KISS YOU AND ASK YOU OUT AFTERWARD BUT HE ASKED YOU OUT! EVER SINCE I MEET SHAWN I HABE BEEN UPSET!! THEN I REALIZED I LOVE YOU AND NOW YOU ARE GOING OUT WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!" Kayla looked at me shocked. Then she kissed me. I was so confused. Did sh have feelings for me. Then she pulled away.

There was 10 minutes of silence. " Sorry but if it does not work out with Shawn I will go out with you." Kayla said. " I JUST TOLD YOU I LOVED YOU AND YOU CHOOSE ME OVER A GUY YOU JUST MEET!! I am sorry but bye." I took buy bags and left the room. Before I leave I look at Kayla with a upset but anger look. Then I left.

KAYLA'S POV

After Nathaniel left I started crying. My first crush said he loved me but I pushed him aside. As I cryer I listened and sang to the song the Weight by Shawn. His singing made me comfortable but Nathaniel's presents made me feel safe. I could not decide who to pick. I decided to go to sleep and think about it.

I woke up and looked to the side but Nathaniel was not there. I hoped it was a dream. Someone knocked on the door. A boy came in upset. I could not see his face it was faced to the ground. I picked his chin up and saw it was...
