Chapter 18 - Home

Once i was done eating my fruits and analyzing their facial expressions to the story, i asked Lucy to answer some of my questions, "How do you know Bakugo Katsuki?," i asked playing with my fork.

"Oh! Papa assumed he could be the father of your baby before the incident happened. I just had to kidnap him and verify it dear," she said gesturing to Katsuki who scoffed at the 'kidnap' part. "I want you to stay here with Megumi from today, it's safer for me to keep an eye on you. You won't be doing training anymore at UA until the child is born, and even then the child will be born here - not at the hospital," Lucy said as she sipped on her tea.

I nodded as she spoke and said, "I want to continue training Lucy, if not at UA then you need to train me." The others looked at me as i spoke, probably shocked at my bravery to speak in such a blunt manner. But they were probably more shocked when laughter came from Lucy's end of the table, "Oh of course dear, sooner or later Aizawa was going to send you to me to be trained, hell All Might already approached me regarding it."

I liked her, she was kind and comforting. She made the situation so much lighter by giving a little smile or a small laugh here and there. I felt as if she was the sun in a bad thunderstorm.

"What about 1A? They going to notice the bump sooner or later. Baggy clothes can only go so far," Jiro asked from the opposite side of the table near Lucy.

"Eva can be homeschooled until the birth of the child, but i doubt she'd want that," Lucy said looking at me then back to Jiro and Momo, "but you are right. Others will start to notice. I think its time to tell the rest of the class Eva."

Time skip
-Three months pregnant-

"SHUT UP BASTARDS!," Katsuki yelled to class 1A as i stood in front of them, nervously playing with my fingers. Katsuki was trying to be helpful in his own way.

It was a Friday morning as i stood in front of 1A with my close friends by my side: Katsuki, Momo, Jiro, Deku and Ochaco. I hid the pregnancy well, but as the time grew nearer, i could feel their eyes on me as if they already knew. I was friends with each one of them, and keeping this from them was pretty hard.

Momo put her hand on my shoulder and Katsuki pushed me forward, keeping his hand on my back.
"I'm pregnant," i said looking down.
"WE KNOW!", they said standing up.
I looked up, shock clearly visible on my face. "HOW?! WHICH ONE YOU BASTARDS TOLD THEM?", Katsuki shouted as he pointed towards Momo and the others next to me.

"Nah Bakubro, we put two and two together. Eva-kun was told to sit out during training, couldn't use her quirk to take us home anymore, skipped morning announcements in the bathroom, threw up a lot, ate twice as-", Kirishima began before Mina gave him a scowl.
"We're really happy for you," Mina, Tsuyu and Hagakure said as they hugged me.
"Jiro was always cancelling our plans together, because she already made plans with Eva," Denki and Sero said, as Jiro scratched her neck. Shoto Todoroki was the only one who didn't come up to me. Just when i thought he was mad at me, he looked up and flashed me a smile. Well, that's Shoto for you. I smiled back, mostly because now i had my entire class supporting me.

After training, Katsuki would walk me home and we'd have supper with Megumi and ol'Lucy or old hag 2.0, as Katsuki prefers to call her. Momo would join us on some nights but some nights she couldn't because of her little brother. She and Megumi has grown pretty close and Lucy started calling her dear  too. We still get calls from our parents overseas but they stopped calling when they heard about my pregnancy. Lucy has taken Megumi and I as her own children, not that we were complaining. She didn't force it to happen, nor did she rush it.

As for the League of Villains, they remain a mystery. Their next plan is unknown but Lucy and the pro heroes are constantly keeping an eye out on their behaviour.

Momo continues to show up with new baby clothes everytime she comes for supper and she and Lucy have a field day as they swoon over the little outfits and everytime Katsuki tries to throw the ones with cars in the fireplace telling them its going to be a girl, not a boy. It's been three months and Katsuki has still not gotten over the joke i made, saying that a boy will like me more, so he assumed the girl will like him more. He was changing as the months went by, buying some baby stuff sneakily when I'm not around and I'd randomly see them on my bed when i go up to sleep after supper. He and Megumi would spend hours long playing video games after supper and everytime he'd lose, he'd come up to my room and cuddle my stomach. Telling the his little girl how certain he was that he'll win the next match.
