Maryam's Beautiful Story

New life

Maryam's pov
       Well, alhamdulillah it's been 3years already and I'm almost done with school, yeah I mean university and throughout these years, I must say,Zayn has been very supportive.
      We moved to London as zayn got a contract which he couldn't turn down and so, we left to London 3 years ago and I used the opportunity to study at Oxford university and I'm currently in my last year studying law. Yes, my dream of being a lawyer is finally coming true.
    I'm now 19 years and I must say, I am slowly falling in love with Zayn because of his personality and so many other things. All these years he has only treated me with love and respect and over the years, we became best friends and I now feel like I can't live without him by my side.

Zayn's pov
     I woke up around 8:00am and did my daily routine and I could perceive something burning from the kitchen and so, I ran there and saw that Maryam was cooking something and she left the food and went to do what God knows, and so, I just turned off the gas and went back to my room to get ready. I am currently fighting a case and I'm sure my client must be waiting for me and so, I got ready quickly and went to maryam's room and luckily, she was also ready and so, we went out together and stopped at a nearby restaurant and had our breakfast.
     We bid each other goodbye and went our separate ways as she was going to school and I was heading to the office. I must say, Maryam has changed over the years, she has become more matured and also more beautiful and she's also studying law😁yeah, she's following my footsteps and I'm very happy about that.
       Over the years, we became more close and more comfortable with each other and my love for her has only been increasing and I'm planning on proposing to her before we go back to Nigeria which is in 9 months time. I miss Mami and my siblings so much.
      

Maryam's pov
    I came back from school and a was very tired, I took a long relaxing shower and wore a light dress and then quickly went to the kitchen to make something light for me and Zayn as he would soon be back. Immediately I was done, I went back to my room to have a short nap before eating.
    I'm really proud of myself and I need to celebrate my victory oooo as I have gone through alot the past few years. I got married at a young age and had many responsibilities to take care of when I also needed to be taken care of, I had to act more matured than I was because I'm married when my friends are there enjoying life to the fullest. But Sha! alhamdulillah I managed to do everything on my own and now, as I look back 3 years ago, I feel super proud of myself and also my parents too.
       In 5 months time, I am going to be a successful lawyer insha Allah and I feel it's time for our relationship to move to the next level, yeah we move and life goes on and I have to accept the reality that I'm already married and there is no going back and yes, I'm not complaining oooooo.
     It's a new life and also a new environment too and so, I won't stress myself, I just need to focus on my blessings and enjoy my life to the fullest.
      I faced time mama and papa and we talked about everything and nothing and I told them I would soon finish school and they were very proud of the woman I have become over the years, and they blessed me and then, we ended the call.
