Victoria's POV

August had spent the next 4 days in the hospital before he was released. He was almost 100% healed by now, except for his arm. Which it didn't want to heal and not be broken.

And when he got out, he immediately went to try and question the kid that broke in and attacked him. But according to August, the kid didn't even want to talk to him and just gave him a death glare. So, he ended up getting frustrated and leaving him in the pack jail.

I was laying in bed, on my side. My stomach seemed to grow ever so bigger, if that was even possible. It was like the babies knew they were coming soon, so they decided to grow a little bit more.

"Hey, love." August said as he entered the room. "Hey." I said, closing my eyes. I felt the bed dip as he laid down. "Did you get everything done?" I asked. With August being in the hospital, a lot of his work piled up. And so, he decided to spend the day to try and get it all done.

"Yah, finally. Only took me the last four and a half hours." He sighed. I opened my eyes and looked at him. He no longer had any bruises on his face and he looked just like he did before he got attacked.

Reaching over, I lightly traced my fingers along his jaw and cheek. He gave me a small smile. "I'm so glad I have you back." I whispered. August moved his head slightly to kiss my palm. "I'm glad to be back." He teased. I giggled at him before I took my hand away from his face. "You're lucky you're cute."

I shifted because I started to become uncomfortable. My belly and hips started to hurt. "Ugh." I groaned, giving up. August furrowed his eyebrows at me. "What's wrong?" He asked, propping himself up on his good elbow. "Are the pups moving?"

I groaned again, the pain intensifying. "Probably." I winced before sitting up in bed. "They need to hurry up and settle if that's the case." Then I felt my underwear and shorts get wet. "I think I just peed myself."

"You just peed yourself?" August asked, fully sitting up and pulling the blanket off of me. But the smell of pee never wafted to my nose and a sudden pain started. I gasped and almost doubled over. Well, as much as I could with a pregnant belly in the way.

"Woah, woah. Okay." August said, getting up and walking around the bed. "I think I'm in labor." I almost cried. August helped me stand. "Yeah. I think so. You ready to have some babies?" He asked. I shook my head no. "No! It's painful already!"

We had a duffle bag full of things that we got from the human world that are for babies. Like diapers, baby wipes, onesies, and pacifiers if they want it. And then some extra clothes for me.

"I know, love. But you got this okay? Come on." August encouraged me as he helped me in the wheelchair we may or may have not stolen from the pack hospital in case I needed to go farther than the bathroom or living room.

He pushed me out of the bedroom and through the hallway as the pain slowly became more bearable. "Remember what Dr. Williams told you. Start counting the seconds between contractions." August said as we exited the house. "And I already mind linked your dad that you're going into labor. So he'll meet us over there."

By the time August finished talking, we were already in the hospital. And the same receptionist girl was sitting there. "We having some babies today?" She asked as she pressed the button to page the doctor. "Yeah, we are. How you feeling, love?" August asked me, rubbing my shoulder.

"Like shit." I groaned. All the two did was laugh at me.

Dr. Williams came into the waiting room and saw me sitting in the wheelchair, in pain, and said nothing and just held the door open for August to wheel me back. "Go all the way back to the last door on the left. That's the labor and delivery room. I have nurses on the way to assist in the delivery."

Another contraction. "Ow, ow ow." I cried, clutching my stomach. "Okay, love. We're in the room now." August said stopping the wheelchair and helping me up and onto the bed. "You need to take your clothes off and change into this gown." Dr. Williams said, getting a gown out of a cabinet and handing it to August. "I'll leave and get ready for delivery." And he was gone.

"Does that mean he's going to be looking at my coochie?" I asked, starting to take my shirt off. August nodded as he helped me with his one arm after throwing the gown on the bed. I cringed at the thought. "That's how he's going to help get the babies out, Tori. You know this."

I groaned as I grabbed the gown and threaded my arms through the arm holes of it and stood up to drop my pants and underwear. I went and laid back on the bed and took a deep breath as another contraction started. "Ow." I cried.

I felt a hand on my head and I looked over. August apparently found a chair and was sitting next to the head of the bed I was on. "This is your fault." I cried. He just gave me a nervous smile. "I'm sorry. But think of it. We're going to have two beautiful children, soon." He told me, rubbing my head.

Dad then ran into the room. "Hey, Butterfly." He said, coming over to the bed and stood next to August. I reached out for my dad and he took my hand. I squeezed it hard. "Daddy, remind me to kill August when this is all over." Dad just laughed at me while August looked concerned. "Of course, Butterfly."

Then Dr. Williams came in, all scrubbed up, with what looked like 3 nurses, who were also scrubbed up. "Okay. Let's birth some pups."
