Oliver and Barry explained two different versions of the bachelor-party-gone-wrong to their significant others. Barry explained the truth about the deal he and Oliver made to be a bit more than friends until the wedding if Iris would be okay with it and as long as they can break it off like they agreed to then she's okay with it.
Oliver on the other hand told Felicity it was just a drunk one time thing. A stupid dare on Barry's bachelor party because Oliver's afraid to admit the truth out loud and he'd probably lose both Felicity and Barry if he was honest and he didn't want to end up alone. But the truth was that he intended to try and change Barry's mind so the following night after Sebastian's bachelor party, Oliver arranged their own private bachelor party in the first bunker where he first felt a spark between them.

Barry arrives in the old bunker wearing his Flash suit with a big smile on his face. But then he suddenly stops at the last step of the stairs when he notices the dined candlelit table in the middle of the old bunker next to an old training mat. It's clearly supposed to look like a bed with a mattress and some pillows and blankets on it. A blush covers Barry's face when his eyes drift over to Oliver who's standing next to the dined table for two. He's wearing a dashing suit and Barry's throat goes dry at the sight. The archer's lips twitches into a smile.
"Wow. This is... I never thought you were such a big sappy romantic, Ollie." Barry chuckles nervously while he takes a few steps towards his best man and the table with pizzas, wine, some beers and an old cardboard box, that's strangely familiar but Barry can't really place where he's seen it before. A blush covers the archer's face when he clears his throat and gets Barry's attention again.
"That's because I'm not a sappy romantic, as you called it, but I know these things are important to you and this is your night, Barry. I'm your best man and secret lover until your wedding and I intend to make the most of our limited time together." Oliver says before he pulls a gasping Barry close and captures his lips in a gentle, yet still very passionate kiss. Barry throws his arms around Oliver's neck and pulls him closer while the dominate lover deepens the kiss with his tongue. Then their lips parts with a sigh and they hold each others gaze for a few seconds.
"I already prefer this private bachelor party to Sebastian's crazy one." Barry admits with a chuckle and Oliver breaks into a warm chuckle too. "But we can still play truth or dare later, right?" the excited younger man adds and Oliver simply nods with a big smile on his face while he cups Barry's face between his hands.
"We can do anything you want." he replies before Barry pulls him in for a hug and squeezes him too tight because he knows it annoys his friend. But to his surprise Oliver simply wraps his arms around the younger man in return and holds him close.
I wish I could hold him like this forever, Oliver thinks to himself while he breathes in the other man. He let out a sigh and eases the embrace because he know he can't get too attached. I'm already in too deep. Why did I have to tell him I love him last night? Now I can't stop thinking about it. For him it probably doesn't mean the same thing because he's much more open than I am, with everyone and has probably told most of his friends that he loves them.
"Don't you want to eat your pizza before it gets cold?" Oliver asks once he's done overthinking while he takes a step back and Barry chuckles again as he looks over at the candlelit table.
"I hope you ordered more than one for me..." the speedster says teasingly with a nod towards the two pizza boxes on the table and Oliver sighs deeply.
"Crap, I forgot you always get more hungry than the average person." The wording causes Oliver's cheeks to flush a deep shade of red and Barry raises his eyebrows while he's placing his arms around Oliver's waist and pulls him closer so he can feel the bulge in his tight red suit.
"Don't worry about it. I'm much hungrier for something else right now anyway." he says with a sneaky smile on his face before he leans in for another kiss. Without taking their mouths away from each other Barry steers Oliver towards the mattress and lays down while he pulls the other man down with him.
Oliver chuckles softly when their lips part and he looks at Barry as they're suddenly lying next to each other on the impromptu bed he had organized earlier. "What about the romantic dinner?" he asks with a glance over at the table.
"Ollie... I haven't waited all this time just to have dinner with you." Barry replies which makes Oliver chuckle again.
"God, you're so horny..." he whispers before he claims Barry's lips again. Deeper and hungrier this time while he runs his calloused hands down Barry's red leather clad body. A moan escapes the archer's lips when Barry suddenly adds vibrations to his tongue inside the older man's mouth. "Oh god..." he sighs in pleasure because that was something new.
"Truth or dare time." Barry decides excitedly after he pulls back with a proud smile on his face while Oliver's barely over the new amazing sensation he just experienced and Barry can tell and he's amused.
But Oliver shakes off his buzz and manages to sit up straight on the mattress and it makes Barry feel a tad confused. "I just have something for you first." Oliver clarifies and gets up and walks over to the table to pick up the cardboard box next to the forgotten pizzas.
Then he returns to the mattress and sits down again. He hands Barry the box and the speedster picks up a familiar green mask from it. He smiles fondly up at his best man with surprise on his face when it hits him. "Wait, you actually saved the exact same random box I put this in too?" he asks and Oliver nods while a blush spreads across his face again.
"I did. When I heard you had ended up in a coma I couldn't get rid of it. Because just like the mask it reminded me of you." he admits and Barry leans closer with a smile on his face and places a tender peck on Oliver's scruffy blushing cheek.
It's adorable to see Oliver blush because he's usually just brooding all the time, Barry thinks to himself. But I am curious why he kept the box as a reminder? Since he claims he just recently discovered feelings for me.
"Truth or dare?" Barry asks because he wants to know when Oliver got such a crush on him and how serious it might be.
"Well, I'm already telling you the truth here so let's go with that." Oliver answers while he looks away because he's nervous about what Barry's going to ask. He has curiosity and surprise written all over his face.
"You said after the chaotic bachelor party the other night, that you realized your feelings for me, when I sang. Then why did you keep this box as a reminder of me back then?" Barry asks with an eyebrow raised in wonder. Oliver's blush spreads to his ears and he sighs.
"I... I guess I saved it because you saved my life and I was so unfair to you and I hate to admit it but I was feeling guilty for what happened to you. Because maybe if I was nicer to you, you wouldn't have rushed back and got hit by lightning." he says and manages to look at Barry again. "But now I know that you were meant to be so you could become our guardian angel." he adds with a fond look in his eyes while he cradles Barry's hand in his own. A smile crosses Barry's face at the reminder of their rocky start and then he applies the mask to his superhero best man's face. They both chuckle nervously afterwards and starts speaking at the same time:
"I always wanted to do that."
"I always wanted you to do that."
