Truth or dare?

In this story Barry has a twin brother, Sebastian (for those who don't know, Grant played Sebastian Smythe on Glee who's a gay confident jerk 😂). He takes it upon himself to throw a bachelor party for his twin before he's about to marry Iris so he drags Barry and his best men, Oliver and Cisco, along to a gay bar and things start to escalate from there.

"This is exactly why I didn't want you to be my best man and plan my bachelor party." Barry sighs as he looks around in the colorful bar they just entered, where happy pop music is streaming from the speakers next to a small stage in front of a dance floor in all colors of the rainbow. There's even a rainbow sign over the bar behind the male bartender who's wearing a dress and make up. Sebastian had of course dragged them to a gay bar.
  "You're marrying the girl you've loved your whole life. You need to live a little." Sebastian says with a huge grin as he squeezes Barry's shoulders while leading him to an empty corner booth for four people. Oliver and Cisco follows mostly to save Barry from his crazy mischievous twin. At the booth Sebastian basically forces Oliver to sit next to Barry before he sits down opposite them next to Cisco and waves a waiter over to order a bunch of booze.
  "What is that?" Barry asks when the bartender has left them the various booze bottles and the glasses, since Sebastian picks up and opens a tiny bottle of something else and pours into the glass in front of his twin brother after he poured the other's some tequila.
  "This is a special serum that can get you drunk." The gay twin replies with a smug grin on his face. Barry sighs and exchanges a worried look with his two best men. Sebastian raises his own glass and says "to Barry and Iris!" and they toast to the groom and downs their drinks in one go.
  "Oh god, that was strong." Barry exclaims after the first very strong shot and he instantly feels a slight buzz. And then a hand on his arm when he coughs.
  "Do you feel okay?" Oliver asks with a worried expression on his face.
  "Yeah. No I'm fine." Barry ensures and chuckles while Sebastian pours them all a new shot.
  "Okay, Bar, let's go. Truth or dare, and we all drink after each turn. Since it was my idea, I'll go first." Barry was shaking his head in disappointment to Sebastian's behavior while Cisco and Oliver both let out deep sighs.
  How are we gonna survive the night with that one? Oliver thinks to himself.
  "Fine. Truth." the speedster says because there's no way he'd start the night with some crazy dare from his crazy twin.
"If you were gay, who would you marry?" Sebastian asks with a big grin on his face. A heavy blush covers Barry's face. Of course that has to be the first question of the stupid game.
  "Umm..." he stutters because he's not drunk enough for this yet so instead of answering with words he just leans into Oliver in the booth next to him and drops his head to his shoulder while he joins their fingers together. The archer swallows hard and his heart is suddenly racing much faster. He doesn't even protest like he usually does when Barry hugs him.
  "Of course, the Boliver bromance is going strong." Cisco says with a chuckle over his drink, but Sebastian is shaking his head.
  "No, first of all Olivarry sounds way better and Bar would never cuddle with me like that so remove the b." he says while both Barry and Oliver blushes and then the speedster moves away a few inches before he downs his second shot. Sebastian, Oliver and Cisco also finishes their second shots.
  "Cisco, your turn." Sebastian says since he's named himself the one in charge of the game.
  "Alright, Barry. Truth or dare?" His best friend asks and Barry decides to just go with the first thing that comes to mind.
  "Dare. But be nice please. I'm not drunk enough to do something crazy." he replies with a nervous chuckle. As if choosing Oliver Queen when he's sitting right next to me isn't crazy?
  "Alright, let's see...I dare you...to go over to that small stage over there and announce to this whole bar that you're getting married and then finish this serum I helped cook up for you. And then you'll just return to the table as if nothing happened." Cisco explains with a big smile on his face.
  Barry is shaking his head while he grabs his bottle with the drunk serum and gets up and brushes past Oliver on his way, as he's walking towards the colorful dance floor and the little stage in the middle. Luckily there's not too many people in the bar and the music is not too loud either that they have to scream to hear each other. And there's just a few couples, who are currently slow dancing on the bright floor. Barry grabs a microphone from the side of the stage with his free hand and yells.
  "I'm getting married!" Which causes the people in the bar to applaud while the speedster finishes the whole bottle and it was probably a very bad decision to finish all of it because it makes him laugh the whole way back to the table.
  Sebastian and Cisco both laughs too when the drunk groom returns to the table and then they both finishes their third shots, while Barry drops down in his seat next to Oliver again.
  But way too close and he smells so good and he's wearing a blue green checkered shirt that really matches his eyes. Get a grip, Oliver, why am I thinking about this when I'm back together with Felicity? I shouldn't be thinking about how good Barry Allen looks and smells tonight.
  "Ollie, now it's your turn." Sebastian reminds him with a grin and wakes the distracted best man from his inappropriate thoughts.
  "Right... truth or dare?" he wonders without really looking at Barry. But he doesn't seem to notice that because the drunk speedster just chuckles.
"Dare. Cause, wow that was fun!" he says and points excitedly at the dance floor and the stage he was just screaming from. The music was louder now and the dance floor filled with more people dancing. Oliver's lips twitch into a small smile because he had never seen Barry drunk before and it was honestly amusing.
"Then I dare you to act out which one of us you'd slap, hug and kiss." Barry can't help but chuckle again while Oliver blushes and wonders why he even asked that question in the first place because he already has a hunch about what Barry's gonna do. And just like he thought the drunk groom gets up from his seat and walks over to his twin and slaps him across his smug face which causes both Oliver and Cisco to laugh.
  "Ouch. But I guess I deserved that... " Sebastian starts while carefully rubbing his sore cheek. "...for taking you on a fun bachelor party." he adds and sticks his tongue out like a child before Barry turns to Cisco and hugs his best friend like he's done many times.
  Then Barry makes his way back to his seat and Oliver looks at him with wide eyes as the speedster carefully places his arms around his broad shoulders. He's so hot as usual tonight, Barry thinks, in that dark leather jacket and a stylish baby blue shirt underneath that matches his blue eyes. The reality of the situation sinks in as Barry moves in closer and he suddenly breaks into nervous laughter and pulls back again. I'm actually about to kiss Oliver Queen. It's crazy no matter how drunk I am.
  "Sorry... this was silly. You don't have to do it if it's too weird... I don't even know why I asked you-" but then Oliver is cut off by a pair of soft lips against his own. Barry slowly parts those rougher lips even though the archer's short beard is tickling his own smooth skin. And it should feel weird to kiss my best man after Sebastian's jokes earlier, Barry thinks to himself, but he simply continue to taste Oliver's lips very eagerly with the drunken hunger he's currently experiencing. He gets lost in the high from kissing Oliver Queen for the first time.
  The famous archer returns the kiss with the same hungry passion and he can feel the strong taste of whatever that drunk serum was and it almost makes him feel dizzy himself, maybe that's the serum or the intoxicating feeling of Barry's soft lips against his own, but he doesn't care why he's feeling buzzed, instead he slowly slips his fingers into Barry's soft brown hair and starts tugging at it while they're passionately making out.
  Cisco's chuckle and Sebastian's whistling when the kissing appears to be heating up even more as the horny drunk superheroes adds their tongues finally forces their lips to part and they both blush heavily while they refuse to look at each other.
  Barry licks his lips as he turns away from his handsome best man that he just kissed and Oliver thinks his heart might be racing as fast as Barry's does.
  "I think Felicity owe me some money now." Sebastian says with a chuckle before he sips on his drink with a sneaky smile on his face. Oliver is shaking his head while he takes a large sip from the whiskey bottle on the table because after that intense kiss he needed a strong drink. He didn't even pay attention to what Sebastian was saying.
  "Wait... you made a bet with Felicity?" Barry asks in confusion and he can feel his face heating up even more because Oliver's girlfriend is one of the few people who knows the speedster used to have a big fat crush on Oliver Queen.
  "Yeah, we made a bet about whether or not you two would kiss tonight. I said it would surely happen when you get drunk, but Oliver's girlfriend bet against me of course and said it wouldn't happen because you're getting married to Iris... which means you're over him." the gay twin says with a proud grin on his face as he looks between the two embarrassed men. Barry has never felt more mortified in his life even if he's drunk. He covers his face in his hands when Oliver looks at him because he doesn't want to find out how awkward things will be between them now.
  Oliver glances from Barry to the smug twin in the seat opposite him instead. They could not be more different, he thinks to himself. They might look identical aside from the way they dress, but Sebastian is definitely a complete jerk. "What are you talking about?" the grumpy archer asks and scratches his short beard nervously.
  Sebastian laughs mockingly. "What? I assumed you and Felicity had no secrets between you anymore because you trust each other so much nowadays..." the mischievous twin says as he sarcastically blinks with his eye lashes. "... or I guess, she didn't trust you enough to let you know that my dear sweet twin brother over here have had a huge crush on you ever since you guys met. I'm surprised you didn't know cause when he likes someone it's written all over his face, but turns out you're as blind as Iris used to be." Sebastian drunkenly pours his words out and everyone stares at him.
  Barry is almost about to fly across the table and punch his twin, but thankfully he's slower when he's drunk and Oliver realizes what the angry speedster is about to do so he grabs Barry's arm because his hand appears to be vibrating and manages to calm him down and stop him.
  "Hey, Barry, he's not worth it. And I don't care what he says, but if that's true... I should be the one to apologize. I wouldn't have put you in that position to kiss me if I knew." Oliver says apologetically and Barry finally turns towards his best man and manages to face him again. He suddenly feels really emotional and he's about to tear up because Oliver's so kind and probably because of the serum in his system too.
"Thank you." he says before he gets up and leaves the booth to everyone's surprise.
  I'm actually doing this. Okay, I'm doing this. I'm gonna prove to my stupid twin that he doesn't have the power over this stupid game anymore. Oliver knew I'd choose to kiss him. He must've wanted me to kiss him to prove that we're just very close friends so after that stupid bomb Seb had to drop about my old crush, I'm gonna prove that there's nothing going on between me and Oliver and that my crush on him is most definitely gone, Barry thinks to himself as he heads towards the transvestite bartender.
  "Can I dedicate a song to my fiancé?" Barry asks. Iris I'm sorry, he whispers in his head as soon as his words had left his mouth.
"Of course." the bartender says enthusiastically.
  Oliver, Cisco and Sebastian starts to make their way towards the stage when the melody to a song starts playing and they notice that Barry has gone up on the stage.
