Chapter 4: MSSC

"hate this" Lil sighed.

Well, ever since she's met Aron in the hospital, all she has been doing is sighing.

"This is amazing" Aron said as he took another bite of his sandwich.

"Tab's a cook you know, oh yeah but even I helped her" Kim said, sliding a little closer to Aron.

Kim has always had a crush on Aron, he was the blonde Edward Cullen of the school. Twin to Lilian. Visible jawline, thin perfect lips, thick eyebrows, tall... And then you know, football team being life of every weekend party isn't that easy you know..
HOT.GUY.SHIT.

"Yeah, she really helped a lot, she plugged in the wire for the toaster" Fred laughed.
Kim didn't.

"Ok...so if you guys are done having a nice picnic, can we get our asses moving?" Lil said in a child voice. Sarcastically.

"Nope, not yet" Aron gave the worst smile to Lil, and turning to Tabitha he said "I'm coming with you guys, I mean I wanna get out of this place too, and have a nice apartment with my sister"

"Hey, cheese?" Steve said, offering to Lil.
"It's said that, cheese can make people happy, 'cause it's cheezyyyy.... Look I was never good at making people laugh, I tried"
To his surprise, Lil laughed.

"That was the cutest try ever! And yeah, I'd like to have some cheese" Lil smiled.

While she was eating, her short flipped hairs kept disturbing her.
Suddenly, she felt Steve's fingers on her cheeks, pushing her hairs behind.

"You know, Aron left a few months ago, he wanted freedom, even in this damn apocalypse. We fought, like we always do, me screaming at the top of my lungs, him being politely mean. And then he left, like he always does" Lil sighed, again. She felt like sharing all this with him. I agree, Steve is comforting.

"Lil, you're so strong. You're like an inspiration to so many survivors and to me. Soon we're gonna get out of this place, and you wouldn't have to ever worry about any of this again. I know things have been hard, and also that I screwed up this speech" Steve gave the cutest giggle of all time.

Lil didn't hesitate to hug him. Tight. She has been through a lot, and she doesn't like showing it, but with Steve,her emotions flooded in.
This was after a long time that Lil was feeling something, she felt this trust and a kind of a connection with Steve.

"Even if he's an ass, nothing could change the fact that he's your brother and you love him" Steve whispered in her ear.

"Hello?" Aron interrupted the epic hug
"what now, Sis?"

"Ok ...yeah, it's getting dark,and obviously it's not safe here, we need to walk faster" Lil said,nervously, after breaking the hug.

"So we're not gonna use the tents?" Kim took a sip from her water bottle.

"And then what? Wake up next to a handsome zombie next morning?" Lil rolled her eyes "No, we're going somewhere special"

They walked for twenty more minutes and a huge gate came in the view. It was really huge, like it was stuck there for a reason, zombies, exactly. It was blocking the entrance of a building.

"So what place it this?" Tabitha asked.

"Can't read? Look!" Lil pointed at the so called template, which seemed as if it would fall any moment.

"Maria Summer's Survivor's Community" Aron declared. Aron, was that a sigh? "Yes it was"

"I don't have a good feeling about this" Kim turned to Lil.

"Me either, I agree on this with you. I regret knowing about this place. Since I do know it now, and I want what's best for us...so get in" Lil gestured everyone to get in.

"Hey, knock-knock? Lil here"

The door opened with a creak. A man with a huge scare on his face appeared.

"No one's bitten. We just need a shelter till the morning" Lil said in a rough tone.

"Let them in Ed!" An old woman shouted "Lil hi!!! You know, you've always been my girl!" She seemed like ....granny, cute and small.

"Hey Maria...." Lil said, in a not so happy way "Can we.."

"Yeah sure, make yourself at home everyone" Maria smiled, exposing all her teeth.

"She seems nice" Kim said, and the next second she changed her opinion when she saw Maria's amazing camp a little more deeply.

The survivors were....nuts. Starting from shooting zombies to laying next to them, torturing them, playing hide and seek until ripping them apart.
Rooms, filled with zombies hanging with ropes around their neck, helpless zombies... And the zombie wrestling match? Don't even think about it.
These people were basically, actually, PSYCHO.

"Guess we just gotta find out tents, c'mon it's on the rooftop"  Lil started walking.
Rooftop was the only place where normal people lived, under the open sky. These people actually had real families to take care of.

"Only two in a tent please" Ed's voice was... really harsh. He was like a born rude guy. Lil hated him the most.

"I'll be with Aron!" Kim was really excited to have a little privacy with her crush.

"Go ahead, I'm with Steve anyway" Lil didn't even care asking Steve. Anyway we know he would say yes.

"I think I don't need a fandom here, I'll go with Tabitha" Did Aron just declined Kim's invitation? Kim I seriously think you should give up now.

"Guess it makes us together" Fred winked at Kim.

"God!" Kim took her bags and went in the tent.
Tabitha didn't say a word.

"Hey...we haven't really met yet, you know.." now that Aron and Tabitha were alone in the tent, Aron thought he could use a little company.

"Yeah...not that interested you know, and honestly I'm tired. I wanna sleep. Good night Aron" Tab didn't even give a...damn.
Looks like Aron just got his first rejection.
Aron felt strange, for the first time. He's always got what he wanted. Tabitha seemed one of her kind, this really attracted him.

Suddenly..
"Ahhhh!!! Please don't do this! Im begging you, mercy! I won't do that ever again!!" A man screamed, he was all tied up.

Everybody got out of their tents.

"Someone's in for a punishment, you guys can go back inside if you don't want any nightmares" Lil announced.

"No! Please don't, I've been so loyal" the man begged for mercy but Maria's bouncers didn't stop.

They pushed him until he was at the edge of the roof.

"You broke the rules..bye bye!" As the words left Maria's mouth, the man was pushed off the building......

I think this camp is nothing less than the concentration camp..
