I turn to my side, snuggling into Lucius's chest as I feel his arm tighten around my waist. I slowly open my eyes, watching him sleep soundly, his chest rising and falling calmly, as though he hadn't a care in the world. Smiling tiredly, I close my eyes once again before a faint noise gets my attention. I listen again carefully, frowning when I hear it a second time, like someone descending the stairs.

I slowly pull away from Lucius, not wanting to wake him as I get out of bed and grab a cardigan from the chair, wrapping it tightly around my shoulders. I open the door quietly, slipping out into the hallway and making my way over to the next room. I slowly open the door, smiling at the sight of Mia in her bed with Scorpion curled up in a ball on the pillow next to her, both snoring quietly. Closing the door, I approach Harry's room, going to knock before deciding against it and entering anyway. I frown at the empty bed, glancing around before making my way over to the window and looking out.

My eyes widen before I quickly leave the room, rushing down the stairs and out of the door. I walk quickly before I break out into a run, reaching out for him when I finally get near enough. "Harry, wait." I say, grabbing his arm.

He turns swiftly, his eyes widening a little. "Kelly? What are you doing?"

I notice he's wearing a backpack, slung over his good arm with his wand in hand. "You were leaving," I say, staring at him, a sorrowful look on my face. He sighs, "I was gonna have to leave sooner or later."

"Without telling me?" I question, a little more angrily.

He breathes out heavily, turning to me. "I need to get back to Ron and Hermione. I can't just quit now." He looks down. "And I know you're safe here..."

I sigh heavily, "Harry..."

"Its alright," he smiles. "I know."

I knew I couldn't stay out for long before Lucius would figure out I was gone. So I pull him in for a hug one last time, whispering in his ear, "Stay safe." He pulls away after a while, a small smile on his face. "You too, Kells." For a brief moment, he pauses, glancing down at my belly. I watch in awe as he gently presses his palm to my stomach, "And mini Kells."

I smile back as he turns to go and I watch him walk off, soon disappearing into the darkness of the night.

I bend over to pick up Mia's teddy from the floor, sighing heavily when I sit back up on the sofa and rubbing my temple as I blink. "How are you feeling?" Dee asks, watching me closely.

She had came over to see us today and visit Mia, nearly crying when I told her about what had happened with my mum. She even got emotional when I told her about Harry leaving in the early morning, shaking her head in disbelief but staying quiet.

"I'm ok, I guess." I lower my voice, "Still feeling a bit sick though."

She nods, "That's natural, dear. Don't worry about it." I go to speak when I'm cut off by a loud giggle, making me look behind Dee. I watch as Mia admires the tiny braid she had done in Lucius's hair, laughing at the frown on his face as he struggles to loosen it. He shakes his head, saying something to her that makes her giggle more.

He had been in a good mood this morning, and it didn't take me long to figure out that it was due to Harry's disappearance. But I didn't get angry or upset at his reaction - after all it was probably for the best.

I smile at the sight of Lucius's smirk, feeling my heart swell. "He's so good with her," I say, making Dee chuckle.

"He certainly has a way with children. Which reminds me..." I look at her, knowing her question before she asks it. She whispers, "When are you planning on telling him?"
