*buzz buzz buzz* I groaned and rolled over a grabbed my phone off the floor. "Hello?" "Don't tell me you were still asleep mami?"
Dani and I had gotten close over the last week. We hung out pretty much every other day.
"Yes I just woke up. It's..." I stopped to look at the time. "It's only 11: 48" I told her "It's almost 12 love" she said laughing "Whatever" I said "what's up?" "Nun much. Aye we still down to go out later?"
"Yea around 3 Yea?" "Mhmm. Is it okay if a couple of my friends come out with us?"
"Umm sure" "You sure? I just thought y'all would get along and.."
"Yea it's cool. I need to meet more people" "Bet I'll pick you up at three okay?" "Okay"
I got up and did my morning routine. I went downstairs to get something to eat before I got dressed.
"Morning" I said when I saw everyone was in the living room "Shhh" Jalyn said at the same time my mom and sisters said "Good morning"
I scrunched up my face at her. "Excuse me?" I said "Nani is sleep and you coming down here all loud"
"Girl" I said and rolled my eyes.
I opened the fridge and got the cream cheese for my bagel. I leaned against the counter as I ate and scrolled through my Instagram. A picture of Dani came up and I realized that I never followed her back.
"What you got goin on today suga" mom asked coming into the kitchen
"Dani and I are goin out with some of her friends." I said "Oh out with Dani huh?" She asked raising her eyebrows at me
"Yea we're gonna go to the mall. I'm hoping I can find some stuff for my room you know?"
"Okay well let me know before you leave and you know your curfew" "Mhmm" I said still eating my bagel.
I didn't do too much with my fit and makeup today. Just somethin chill cause it's hot asl.

"Come in" I answered "Can you- uh where you goin?" Jalyn came into my room. Ugh here she go.
"To the mall with Dani" I replied "Mmph" I saw her roll her eyes in the mirror "You goin out with ya lil girlfriend already" she said.
"Dani is not my girl. We literally just met. We are friends"
"For now. All these lil dykes out here want is to use you" she said rolling her neck
"First of all don't call her out of her name. Second of all studs are not like the no good niggas you fuck with. Third of all even if Dani did want sex from me that's my decision. Fourth of all if I make that decision, I won't end up pregnant having to move back in with my mom and sisters after I disrespected them." I said getting in her face.
"I-" she started "I-I-I." I mocked her "you what Jalyn?"
Silence
"Yea I thought so"
She left and I finished getting ready. Damn girl got some nerve disrespecting Dani like that especially after she brought in all her stuff since Jalyn was nowhere to be seen, being fucking useless.
*ding dong* I knew it was Dani cause she started making a beat while knocking on the door.
