Some of the Humans gave unwarranted merit to various systems of beliefs known as “Religion”, the Guardians understood that this is where the Earthlings learned to believe that the Guardians were the celestial beings often referred to as “Angels.”, the Guardians did not think themselves to truly be this creatures of Human invention, even though they met some of the descriptions. The Guardians were able to recall a time without Religion, and some of the human inhabitants of Epeace were able to as well, the Guardians suspected that one of the Humans they had returned to Earth had begun all of the nonsense.

There was no list of rules that a Human had to follow to enter Epeace, all of them always arrived. There were different areas where the Humans stayed, some isolated, others mingling incessantly. Some of the Humans had done things on Earth that the other Humans considered “Wrong” and “Immoral”, some of the residents of Epeace took it upon themselves to punish them, while on Earth there was a server lack of tolerance that lead to many an extended and fruitless argument “Wars”, Epeace tended to lack intolerance, the Guardians would not stand for excessively violence or cruelty, it was unnecessary. So they often segregated the humans, based on various things, such as who was cruel and who was kind. The cruel and the ones with hate that permeated their cells were most frequently transported to the most desolate of Epeace’s five moons, Sturgeon. There are numerous things that distinguish The Guardians and Human Beings, most of them being beliefs and concepts, intangible attributes like humanity , Religion, and Time. One of the more obvious physical distinctions being the sumptuous wings that adorn the distended shoulder blades of the Guardians, the inky and downy calami were the subject of envy for many of the now Epeace bound native Earthlings. A feature that Earthlings, all of the living creatures of earth and not solely humans, were singularly blessed with was the power of procreation.

The Guardians did not age and they had all existed for as long as anything had, never had one ceased to exist nor had a new one been created. However humans suffered from a lifespan, they commenced their existence as small beings who grew and aged until they died, humans are so rife with the power to begat life that they often do so accidentally. Some of the Guardians were quite covetous of this capability but there was not anything that they could do about it, it was actually very possible that there were many things that they could do about it however the Guardians are a naturally content being, and when they lack the knowledge to do something they, for the most part, do not do anything to achieve the knowledge.

The lack of drive was another fundamental difference between the Guardians and the Humans. Humans are inadvertently glutinous with all things constantly. They were greedy for power, and for their rather imbecilic money which in complete absoluteness is not only completely impractical but also utterly useless, especially once their existences evolve into the Humans inhabiting Epeace.

Whereas The Guardians were satisfied with being ignorant of things and merely functioning with their believed purpose of protecting their planet and the destructive humans; Humans always found themselves desiring expansions. Hilden had once proposed to a Guardian named Cerberus that perhaps it was the Humans consistent feelings of being unsatisfied with their surroundings and possessions that lead to their aptitude for procreation. While the Guardians were complacent with their lack of certain knowledge, they did discuss the things they were curious about, they just never really seemed to go out and proactively seek answers and deeper meanings.

In order to create a new human life form on earth, two already living humans must copulate with one other, one half of the pairing being biologically male and the other half being biologically female. Human copulation involved the insertion of an anatomically male body part into its females counterpart, it also included the spraying of bodily fluids and from an impartial standpoint was disgusting in a manner which was barely tolerable.  The humans quite enjoy the act that they refer to as “intercourse.” , it was very complicated and the Guardians had difficulty grasping all of the complexities involved. Humans claimed to feel an emotion known as “Love.”, while quite often humans who both reciprocated the feeling engaged in intercourse, there were numerous humans who did so only recreationally, and then there were some humans who loved someone of the same sex as themselves, they also engaged in sexual acts but could not produce life that way, and some humans who were trying to reproduce could not do so, So the humans worked out a system where if a pair wanted to raise life forms but were unable to generate the small humans known as children, a pair that had made a life on accident could choose to give their descendent to a barren couple. There are also other ways for the effete humans to acquire the small humans.

It was all very peculiar to the Guardians, and it often frustrated them, why were the Earthlings so ungrateful that they would toss around life? Life did not seem to mean much to Earthlings, not even their own lives. They often became so wrapped up in time that they found themselves running out if it due to their fears of losing time abruptly such as an unexpected cease of living. The entire concept of unexpected death also befuddled the Guardians, for unless a human were to end his life purposely like the young Trent had, all death was moderately unexpected.

When a Human women is pregnant with a fetus which will most likely develop into a child, save for various circumstances or a medical mishap, ( Humans are appallingly fragile for such potentially powerful beings, but it is soothing to know that they had such severe faults, otherwise they would plausibly be the paramount creature in all of the universe; and Humans are excessively unworthy of such ascendancy. ) her stomach will be distended, for fetuses grow in the woman’s womb, various other and presently irrelevant things occur to and within their bodies when they are parturient.

It was at the end of Trent’s aforementioned fortnight of internal analysis that the empty expanse that was his previous domicile, that the what was once an ostensible silence was shattered by the echoes of multiple sets of feet meandering up the wooden stairwell. At first instinct Trent wanted to hide, however he soon remembered that he was no longer a true Human Being but an article reminiscent to a ghost. He remained in his oblate position, head lay back onto his arms. Had he been visible he would have been the picture of relaxation, it wasn’t until he saw the young couple featuring a clearly expectant women that he realized his assignment, from what he as most other Humans had assumed to be angels, was going to be actualized far sooner than he had been expecting.

“What kind of people move into a house where someone just killed themselves.” He thought with a judgmental scowl, profoundly annoyed that his pleasant sequestration was abruptly ended.
