I wipe my eyes as I look at Halley. She smiles at me and shakes her head. "Mom, don't cry," she says and I laugh through my tears.

"I can't help it. I'm getting old and you're all grown up now. Getting married to my best friend's son and it's too emotional for me," I say and she holds her arms out.

I wrap my arms around her and I try not to mess up her dress. "Was Grandma this emotional at your wedding with Dad?" She asks as we pull away.

"No! I was not!" I hear my mom call out and I laugh. "Yes, she was very emotional," I say and Halley shakes her head.

"Knock, knock," I hear the knock on the open door and Halley and I turn around to see Louis poking his head in.

"I see the waterworks have started," he says, walking into the room. "Shut up, you know you will be crying later," I mutter and he laughs, walking over to me and wrapping his arm around my waist.

"That is probably true, but we'll see," he says, kissing the side of my forehead. "You guys are saps," Halley says, shaking her head at us.

"Says the girl getting married to the son of the cheesiest person in the world," Louis replies sassily and Halley rolls her eyes. "That's different," she tries to argue.

"Speaking of them, how's Harry holding up?" I ask and Louis laughs. "Oh, ya know, trying to pep-talk Payton out of backing out because apparently getting married was the worst decision he ever made due to the fact that he now has to fulfill Jess' every need," Louis says and I laugh.

"Typical Harry," I mutter and Louis claps his hands together. "Yep, I should go make sure they are making their way inside the church and I'll come back for you. The dress looks lovely and you look absolutely gorgeous my darling," Louis says, walking over to our daughter and giving her a hug.

I take a shaky breath and Louis gives me a knowing smile before he leaves the room. I help Halley put the finishing touches on her appearance and soon we are getting ready for the wedding to start.

"You know, being on the dance floor like this reminds me of Niall and Kate's wedding," Louis mumbles as we sway back and forth on the dance floor of our daughter's wedding.

"I think that ignited our relationship again," I mumble back. "Yeah, and it's all thanks to Niall, I mean honestly, if he hadn't been the stupid Irish man he is and call out your real name instead of the fake one you made up, then we might not be married and with a beautiful young daughter who is currently eavesdropping with her new husband on the dance floor of their wedding," he says and I look next to us to see Halley and Payton dancing, but listening intently to our conversation.

"Oh yeah, they are trouble still. You would think they could mature as they grew up, but nope, obviously not," I laugh and Louis smiles at me.

"You know, I actually am really happy how things turned out," he says and I rest my head on his shoulder.

"You know, me too," I reply and smile as we dance along to our own voices in our song, because what is a stronger love than the one that you create between yourselves?

that was a short and shitty ending and im sorry but yeah thats it for this trilogy/books/idek what to call this series.

If you ever wondered what the inspiration was it was that louis is my fav from 1d and taylor is my fav and i just got this idea like "hey lets put my two favorites together" and then this happened and i realized other people shipped it too which made me happy.

Thank you guys so much for reading this I never expected Story of Our Song to get over 30k reads and im still in shock because i have been reading through that and it is absolutely atrocious lol

But yeah i love you guys a lot and your support meant everything to me.
