"Hey! You promised to fetch me sa mall kanina but ate Lexus was the one who picked me up!"

"I just bought my new car, Lotus, and you're in the mall 24/7. Why would I go back and forth, Lotus?" Napairap si Lotus.

"But you promised to mom that you'll pick me up every time I don't bring my car with me." Napailing na lang si Lexus habang nakikinig sa pagtatalo ng dalawa.

"You're blaming me again, Lotus, for your laziness." Napairap si Lotus.

"Should I continue listening to your bickering, Edeus? Lotus?" Putol ni Lexus sa dalawa.

"We're at the dining, Lexus." Tiningnan ni Lexus ang hawak niyang papers.

"Says the man who choose to give up the company to me." This time si Lexus naman ang napairap.

"What can I do, Lexus? I am meant to be an architect."

"Shut up, kuya. Huwag mong aasarin si ate Lexus. Baka gusto mong hindi na makabili ng cars." Pigil ni Lotus kay Edeus.

"Lexus is the businesswoman among the three of us. You're the designer and I'm the architect." Napailing na lang si Lexus. Hindi niya alam pero bigla na namang nailipat ang pagtatalo sa dalawa.

"What's with all the noise?" Biglang lumitaw ang kanilang ina mula sa kusina.

"Ugh, kuya Edeus didn't attend to my request, mom. Buti na lang nasundo ako ni ate Lexus."

"Na saan ka ba kanina, Edeus?"

"I was..." Pinanliitan ni Amede ng mata ang anak.

"You bought another car?" Pag-uusisa niya rito.

"It was vintage mom!"

"Alam ba ito ng daddy mo?"

"I heard my name. Anong alam ko?" Lumitaw si Eryk na mukhang galing pa sa ligo.

"Dad! Kuya Edeus bought a new car!" Eryk pressed his lips. Lumingon ang kanilang ama kay Lexus.

Tumaas ang tingin ni Lexus sa kaniyang kapatid na si Edeus. "So 'yung 'I just bought my new car' na binanggit mo kanina ay literal na bago na naman? Edeus you should know how to save money!" Pasimpleng binelatan ni Lotus ang kaniyang kuya.

"It was vintage. It's beautiful. Do you want to see it? I can give you a ride." Habang tahimik na na-upo sina Eryk at Amede sa kanilang mga upuan ay hindi naputol ang masamang titig na ipinupukol ni Lexus kay Edeus.

"Sell two of your cars, Edeus. You already have five for pete's sake. Anong gagawin mo sa limang sasakyan, Edeus? May limang katawan ka ba? Sampung paa?"

"You don't appreciate the art and beauty of cars, Lexus."

"I can understand if you have two cars at most but five? You need to save up, Edeus. Your life insurance, investments or business or just for emergency funds."

"I am insured, Lexus. We're all insured and my cars are my investment." Napailing na lang si Lexus.

"Suit yourself, Edeus. Whatever. Just don't come to me when you need money. I'll make sure I'll slap your face with your cars." Nagpigil naman ng tawa si Amede.

Daig pa kasi siya ni Lexus kapag pinagsasabihan 'nito ang kaniyang mga kapatid o kahit sila mismong mga magulang niya.

"Let's start eating. Ikaw Edeus hinay hinay sa pagbili ng mga sasakyan. Lexus is just worried. May perang involved 'din doon and sinabi ko sa 'yo na 'kung tatawagan ka ng isa sa mga kapatid mo ay puntahan mo sila agad. Hindi sila nasanay na mag commute kaya takot sila kapag hindi sila nasusundo. Akala ko ba they are our princess?"
