My Dear , Ashwineyy ! ✅

Chapter 20

Sivaangi's pov

It's shopping day ! Yes, today we're going to do the shopping for our wedding. It's going to be our outfits for all the functions that is about to come. Well, Indian wedding is no joke !

Me and Harrish got ready and we were scheduled to meet Ashwin and Saranya at the store at 11am. I said bye to Amma and we were headed to the store. After what seemed like 20 minutes, we reached there. I immediately noticed Ashwin's car at the parking, so they were already there. We parked our car and went inside.

We walked in and greeted by the sales Anna. We looked for Ashwin and Saranya, we found them at the jewelry section. Ashwin was selecting some earrings for Saranya. How cute is that ? I standered Ash with a Ashwineyy. There was an instant smile on his face.

"Here, I picked this for you ", he said while handing me an earring.

"You chose for me too ?", I said him impressed.

"Of course, how can I leave of my Chellama", he said.

I gave him a side hug and said thank you.

"Saranya, let's go to the saree section. Ashwin and Harrish look for your attires", I said, which shocked Ashwin.

"What ? I want to be there to choose your saree. How can you do that without me?", He said showing his pity face.

I pulled Ashwin to the side,

"Remember what we talked about ?", I asked him while holding his hand.

"What ?", he asked pretty sad.

"Remember we talked about not seeing each others outfit until the wedding day ? We were only suppose to know the colour.", I said to him gently.

"Hmm okayy ma", he said still disappointed.

"Hey please don't do that expression. You are going to make me sad ! It's just a saree.", I said.

Ashwin remained silent.

"Ashwineyyy", I said.

He immediately smiled. I know he wasn't really upset. We both giggled. Me and Saranya walked to the saree section which was on the second floor. Ashwin winked at me before walking away with Harrish.

A/N: I'm not gonna include the outfit choosing part because I will reveal it on the wedding chapter.

Our shopping was finally done after hours of hunting. Unexpectedly the boys took more time than us. However, one huge wedding task is done.

We walked out from the store and got in to the car. This time, I got in with Ashwin and Saranya went with Harrish as we planned to go out today.

"Finally some alone time with my girl", Ashwin sighed.

I gave him a look and smiled.

"So , where to now ?", Ashwin asked.

"Beach'ku polam", I asked excitedly.

"Maa inthe time'le ya", Ashwin said.

"Please Ashwineyyy", I showed him a puppy face which I knew he couldn't resist.

"Okayy ma, nee sonna polam", he said.

I clapped my hand in joy. He just looked at me and smiled.

After a few minutes drive, we reached the beach. I got down excitedly, grabbed Ashwin's hand ran straight to the waves.

"Maa slow va po ma. You will fall", Ashwin said in concern.

But I didn't listen to him.  I stood there with him, with our feets hitting by the waves. We both immediately went silent looking at the beautiful waves and the almost sunset view. Ashwin locked his hand with mine. He looked me in to my eyes and said "I love you", to which I replied "I love you more Ashwineyy".

Since our feet started getting cold, we sat on the shore for some time. I was devoutly watching the waves and the upcoming sunset and I noticed Ashwin was scribbling something in the sand.

"What are you scribbling?", I asked him.

He moved a little to show me what he was scribbling. It was "Ashwin Sivaangi vaazhge". We both laughed simultaneously.

After a few minutes, we decided to head back since it was starting to get dark. We got in to the car and Ashwin started driving.

"Thanks for today", I said.

"Don't say that again", Ashwin said.

"Why not ?", I asked concerned.

"We're gonna spend the rest of our life together. I will do everything to make you happy. Then, you cannot thank me for the rest of your life. It's just my duty to keep you happy", he explained.

"Actually I will. I will thank you everyday for existing in my life. You deserve that", I said.

He looked at in wonder and said ,

"What did I do to deserve you?", took my hand and pecked a kiss on it. I glanced at him and gave him a huge smile.

BAAAAAAMMMMM !!!!

That was the last sound I heard while still looking at Ashwin, and then my vision turned pitch black. I didn't hear any noise anymore.
