Chapter 9

I woke up with the worst headache making my way to the washroom and gulping down an aspirin. I picked up my cloths and got into the shower letting the hot water rinse off on my body. I smiled as flashbacks appeared from last night. "I do move ass" I smiled while stepping outside the shower, I let my hair dry on its own leaving them damp while getting back into comfortable cloths for the day. "Are we actually going to go to the gym?" I asked myself before grabbing a toast and texting Ma. "I'm going to end up ruining his gym session" I said as I picked up my shoes and put them on. "I need to cook a proper meal today" I said before grabbing my bag and walking out the door.
"I want cheesecake" I said as I walked towards the campus sipping onto my water. "My uterus is going to burst" I said as I kept sipping on water.
"Hey girl" I heard El call out from behind and I smiled at her walking towards her
"Hey what's up? Where is Aria?" I asked
"Sick. Let's take a rain check today?" Maybe we can figure it out in class before we can bring it up to Aria?" She said and I nodded
"Yea sure I hope she feels better"
"She will live" she said as she walked into class with me
"I'm bored" I looked down at the screen to see a text from Ian
"And I'm in class"
"Entertain me"

"Ready to break bones today?"
"My body is made of jello" I text snickering a laugh
"You're so funny ha ha"

"FUNNY nerd***" I kept my phone aside as I finished off studying my case study. I jotted down the points as everyone got up to leave. I picked up my bag as my phone rang. Ian.
"You're obsessed with me" I said through the phone
"You wished"
"What's wrong?"
"Come out you're 5 minutes"
"I'm walking"
"Move"
"I'll hit you"
"You're going to hit me? This innocent face?"
"Yes"

"Dare accepted" I laughed as I looked at him in his black tank top through the car. Don't melt
I opened the door getting into his tropical scent and turned towards him hitting him in the arm "and far completed" I smiled as he held onto his heart "ouch! How could you"
"Such a baby" I smiled at him as he drove us towards the gym
"No don't make me" I whined getting out of the car
"ABS WE NEED ABS"
"You already have them"

"No ew"
"Get up Del" I looked at the little cart outside the gym with junk all over it and smiled at the thought
"You're a junkie"
"Please no" I whined as he dragged me into the gym
"I'm shy"
"I'm with you" he said as I watched everyone walk around with the perfect body making me insecure every minute. I pulled my shirt towards me making it loose so it doesn't hug my figure. I got uncomfortable shifting on my feet as we got in. "Ian"
"Come here" he took us by the corner where no one was there getting onto the treadmill. "Get on beside me" I smiled at him with a ton of insecurity before standing next to him. I wanted to drown in anxiety as I watched everyone with perfect bodies "Del you're perfect we are here to gossip" I looked confused at him and he smiled "look over there" he showed me a man with a huge mass "he trips almost everyday on his face trying to impress girls. Just watch" he pointed as I watched the man pick up accessible weights falling onto his face on top of someone's shoes. I let out a laugh as he showed me around "look at this girl, she comes here just to take a Snapchat" he pointed as she pulled out her butt to take a snap. He got off the treadmill and got onto the ground. "Look around" he smiled at me and I ran outside. "I am at the Gym hyperventilating" I texted Ade who didn't respond the next minute

I smiled at the thought of how he is getting married next week and walked towards the front door. I put my phone back in my pocket as I watched him through the glass door as I watched him do push ups. I walked around the corner getting a pack of crisps and walking back in "I suck at this but I can enjoy this" I smiled walking back in and sat down in front of him while he continued with his push ups. His muscles moving back and forth while his toned back sweat through his tank top. Cute tushie. "What" he looked up at me and I nearly dropped my crisp. Kill me. "Nothing" I smiled gulping down. "I didn't know this is a workout" he said sitting next to me "please continue I enjoyed the show" "breath" I smiled as I shoved a crisp in his mouth "these are good" he said munching on them
"Do you want cheesecake?" I asked him and he looked at me
"Are you baking it?" I nodded and he looked at me wide eyed
"Can it be strawberry?"
"We need to go grocery" I smiled and he grabbed his water bottle
"Let's get going. Let me just smell nice" he smiled at
me and I nodded at him
"Take the keys go sit in the car" I got up and walked towards his car.

I turned it off as soon as Ian got into the car. I wanted to wrap my hands around his hair and play with them. Mess them up as they drenched with water. "Shall we?" He asked and I nodded

"THAT IS SO MUCH JUNK IAN" I laughed as he threw me into the cart and raced across the aisle
"Okay take half the things out we came here for strawberries only" I smiled as I handed him the cheese dip
"BUT"
"No come on" I laughed as he threw pack of chips on me
"You ass"
"You love me" he laughed and I looked at his toothy grin
"Come on Ian we gotta bake too" he pulled me out the cart that went flying into the other section as we ran towards the self checkout
"Move Ian"
"Let me pay"
"NO"
I quickly tapped my phone as I ran out with the strawberries
"Drive come on WE WANT CAKE" I screamed as he ran inside the car. I watched his phone as it rang in constant panic "pick it up Ian"
"Del I-
"Please" be picked up his phone and turned it off
"Ian"
"Not right now"
I sighed as we reached my apartment walking into the plastered walls together "Del where have you been?" I heard Belle call from behind as she checked her mail
"I was out sorry Belle" I smiled as she looked at Ian
"Oh sorry Belle this is Ian and this is Belle my beautiful friend" I smiled as they shaked hands
"He is cute" she whispered to me and I shut her up
"I'll catch you later?"
"Get on with him" she whispered as I slapped her opening my door
"Love you" I said before closing the door behind me
"She was nice" Ian said and I nodded
"She's amazing" I smiled as I walked towards the kitchen
I pulled out the cheese cream and the pans and started getting to work "what should I do?"  Ian asked as he looked at me "make the sauce for me" I smiled and he followed every instruction I gave him. I felt my hair get into my face so I wiped my wet hands and  I pulled my hair up in a bun finding my hair tie. I looked around the apartment "where did I drop it" I sighed as I felt cold hands on my neck. I let out a light moan meeting eyes with Ian in the mirror "your hair tie" he said while wrapping his hands onto my hair. He long fingers digging softly into my skull pulling my hair from each corner, he massaged the back of my skull before pulling them together in the tie. I closed my eyes to his touch as he moved his hands out my hair and onto my arms. I moved my head back almost leaning against his chest where I felt his hot breath hit my neck. I sucked in a breath before his hands moved onto my waist, slowly turning me around. I looked up in his eyes full of lust, he eyed me down to my lips back and forth. While placing his hand on my cheek and caressing it. I melted under his touch, fireworks flew everywhere as I moved closer to him. "Ian" I whispered as he tilted his face leaning forward towards me. He closed his eyes pressing my body against him before the timer rang. I moved backwards and so did he looking at each other as we broke glances "Your sauce is gonna burn come on let's finish this" I moved towards the kitchen smiling and melting down like a lunatic.

"Taste it" I smiled as he put a spoonful of cake in his mouth. He nodded and made a confused face "you don't like it?" I pouted
"It's just"
"Tell me Ian"I cried
"The most delicious cheesecake I've ever had" he laughed as he put another spoon in his mouth
"Stop don't do that to me" I playfully punched him before taking a bite.
"I'm good at this" I smiled as we sat down on the balcony floor and ate our cake
"I promised myself a proper meal today look at my meal" I said
"You're the reason I'm going to lose this body" he pointed
"What can I say you can't resist my food" I smirked at him
"I'll be the judge of that" he smiled as he sipped on his tea
"Ian"
"Yes"
"Why're you here?"
"What do you mean?"
"Here with me instead of being there trying to mend things with Chloe"
"I enjoy your company. Plus I needed a gym buddy" he played and I gave him a serious look
"This place around you takes me away from reality. Makes me wonder about the planets that you call stars. It makes me want to jump up in the sky and do something that makes me sane. Reminds me who I am"
"You're going to spend the rest of your life with her give her a chance. Forgive her"

"Try harder you're getting married next week" he looked at me and played with the strand of my hair
"Turn it on" I handed him his phone
"Please Ian" he switched on his phone with a hundred missed calls and texts
"At least talk to your sister" he picked up the phone dialling onto Mae's number putting it on speaker.
"Ian where the fuck have you been? Do you know the shit we are going through here" her panicked voice came through
"Are the invitations gone?"
"Ian Chloe is claiming to be pregnant with YOUR child" her words broke us into a million pieces
"What?" He stood off the balcony floor running around my apartment
Pregnant?
"Ian what did you?"
"Mae I swear to you I haven't even been near her she is lying"
"Prove it wrong to her dad he is coming to get you"
"Mae give me details" my head went numb as he spoke to Mae, my heart bursting into flames. Pregnant? I looked at him panicking on my apartment floor. Everything around me went numb, I sat down on the floor disappearing into darkness.
