Still haven't read Fairest (I know I need to), but I do know that we really haven't checked up on Scarlet yet. Like I've sort of said, Marissa Meyers owns like the characters and the original books, but I own the creative stuff in this book. Anyway, enjoy this part.

With the knowledge of the fact that it has been like a month that Scarlet has been on Luna, she is starting to loss hope on her friends. Her hope is so little that she is starting to understand the lunar friends she has so far come to make. For her, it is nice to especially have friends like Winter and Aston (Aston is a character I made up in the last fanficition. Here is a little spoiler: he is not at all replacing Wolf; Aston's intentions is to only be Scarlet's friend (that's all I'm gonna say) ).

Winter has been one of the nicest lunars Scarlet is lucky to have met. Scarlet admires how nice and great she has been. When one of Scarlet's stole limps is causing problems, Winter decides to play doctor and trys to make it to where the limp isn't bleeding alot. Scarlet knows that the last thing Winter needs is blood on her floors. Also, Winter gives Scarlet her leftovers from dinner, and lets Scarlet out of her cage in the corner of Winter's room when there isn't a guard in the room, except Aston.

Aston is the only other person who is like a friend to Scarlet. After the time when he carried her back and forth from the last interagation she had with Levana. Since then, through out time, they have talked so many times, but the only times they can actually talk is when he is the guard at Winter's door. He isn't there at the time because he's on break.

Right now, Scarlet's just looking in Winter's portscreen. She normally does that or sleep when Winter is not in her room. When she does that though, she stays in her cage in case a guard comes in looking for Winter or has to take Scarlet to an intragation meeting with Levana.

Speaking of Levana, she really hasn't called Scarlet to another intragation meeting or section since the last one with the guy who knows Winter very well. Surprisingly, Scarlet is glad she has lossed any limps, gets to stay in this room with Winter, and gets to live. Scarlet knows that Levana is an aweful person in general, but since she has been with or seen any her friends in a while, it's like she's kind of off the hook for a while. These days, its more like Scarlet's the bait at the end of the hook than a punching bag full of information.

When she heard a knock at the door, she knew that she had to turn off the portscreen and hide nder her pillow or throw it on Winter's bed like Winter left it there before she went to run her errands. After Scarlet did that, she said, "It's open," and the person on the other side opens the door. A random redheaded guard poped his head inside.

He asked Scarlet, "Do you know where her highness is?"

Scarlet responded,"She lefted to go get something."

"Do you konw where she was going?" he asked.

"I think either the library, her office, or the kitchen," She said.

"Thank you," and since Scarlet knows how alot of the guards and staff are, he left without closing the door, or letting Scarlet say 'Your welcome.'

It just gets lonely at times for Scarlet, so lonely that even a lunar guard looking for Winter is consider as a conversation. She wishes her friends will come soon, but they're not here. Sure she misses them, but will they ever come?
