Part 26: Wolf

Sorry that the last one was long but because I'm trying to finish this A.S.A.P I'm gonna be having long parts. Mentioning that also makes me warn you that this one might be as long as the last. I'm just glad that people read this, which gives me to thank you for your support to this. You would not believe how much I fangirl over reading your comments. Keep it up and enjoy this part.

Today is the day that they hope things come to an end between them and Levana. It's about time things have gone to an end at some point. It was surprising to Wolf that Kai was the one coming up with this plan. It isn't much of a surprise since Kai is the Emperor of the Eastern Commonwealth and all, but still, he is trying to do something to bring this all to and end.

          Wolf didn't know exactly how his life would be after this revolution. Sure he's gonna have to try to find away for Scarlet to become a cyborg, but besides that, he was clueless. He was sure about one thing, he's gonna live on Earth when this is over.

          It's the morning of October 28, 126 T.E. according to a portscreen somewhere on this ship. He was preparing, along with Kai, Iko and Cress, to bring a surprise into one of Levana's interrogations with Thorne and Cinder. They've plan to go in late morning, because the plan is to interrupt the interrogation. Kai and Wolf were gonna disguise themselves as guards to stand along other guards during the interrogation. After Levana has started the interrogation with her first question asked, that's when Kai and Wolf fall out of formation of their guard positions, Cress and Iko are gonna follow them and Kai and Wolf will point their guns at the queen while Cress and Iko untie Thorne and Cinder.

        There sure are gonna be flaws to the plan, no doubt, but it's the best they've got. Before it reaches the time for them to go, Wolf checked up on Scarlet. He found her in her room that he also sleeps in, but in the bed on the other side of the room. He walked in and noticed her on a portscreen and asked, "You ok?"

       She looked up and said, "Hey. Umm, yeah I'm ok, but I don't have a foot."

       "I'll find away for you to have cyborg parts when we're back on Earth. First I'm gonna have to go on this plan," He told her.

        "Why do you have to go?" she asked.

         "I know what I'm doing. Sure it involves my wolf-hybrid DNA that I've got, but I used to be the Alpha of my own pack and I get to use a gun. I'm one of the biggest treats we've got and I'm used to being a soldier. Besides, I get some revenge in this."

          "What do you want revenge on?" she asked.

           "She held you hostage and away from me and she turned me into the wolf-hybrid ex- special operative I used to be. Mainly she had you away from me," he sat down on the bed next to her and held her hand to confront himself.

          Out of nowhere from down the hallway, Kai yelled, "Wolf! We're leaving! Get your ass over here!"

          "Got it!" He replied and turned to Scarlet to ask,"Could I get a kiss from my alpha female before I go?" Scarlet smiled and pulled him in so she could fulfill his request of a long passionate kiss. Then she told him, "Don't die, but take her down."

           "I'll try not to, but I love you," he gave her one last peck before he left her with a shocked expression in her face. He smiled as he walked down the hall, got himself loaded with a riffle sling in his back and a pistol in his pocket and each of his boots. He paraded out of the ship with loads of confidence and his wolf-hybrid self to prepare for war. Once on lunar soil, he started running with himself eventually caring Iko over his shoulder because he believes that she's the slowest and the rest are much more able to run.

           He remembered the doors they came upon when they were rescuing Scarlet. He can't believe that the hole he made was still there but he knew that the one he punched at the time was the one that lead down a long hallway and up a flight of stairs. Because of that memory, he knew where to go, so they followed him down the hall and up the stairs into the servant quarters, but he needed the guard quarters. He turned his glamour on and asked Kai, "Hey man, what do I look like?"

          "A black guy with curly hair with brown eyes in jeans and a dirty t-shirt," Kai responded.

          "Thanks man," then he walked over to a servant girl and asked, "Excuse me ma'am?"

          The servant girl looked up and asked him, "Is there anything I could help you with, sir?"

           "Yes, ma'am. My older brother is in the the queen's guard and I plan on giving him a surprise visit. Do you might know where his room should be?" He asked her.

           "Yes, sir, he should be in the guard quarters on the southwest side of the castle," the servant girl said.

           "Thank you, ma'am," then he walked away while hearing a faint, "Your welcome, sir," from the servant girl. Once he met up with the general location of the rest, he whispered, "Follow me." He now remembers that the southwest side is not only the rooms of the guards, but also the rooms of the special operatives and soldiers that are in training. He led the rest to those quarters threw some secret passage was he knew. Once finally there, he opened the first door to the first room on the right of the secret passage way. The room was empty because the guard was on duty, but his uniform seemed to be Kai's size instead of his. He said, "Kai, these look like they would fit you. I'm gonna check a different room." 

          He stepped out of that room and went inside the one next to it that was also empty, and check the closet. The uniform in here seemed to be more his size. He changed into them and look around the possessions of the guard that lives in this room to see whose uniform he's boring. He found a letter that seemed to be from the guard's mother's handwriting.

Dear Aston, 

(Yes this is the same Aston that carried Scarlet to her interrogation and was nice to her)

I'm ok with the fact that you prefer men over women. I just wish you had told me sooner rather than later about it. When your letter to your father to read, he was angry and disappointed. And I'm sorry that your friend Scarlet was rescued by her friends and the princess was taken. I bet Scarlet must have been a lovely girl, son. It's sad to say that she told you that one of her friends was actually her lover, but still, eventually you'll get over her. 

I wish that I could see you again someday, but your busy protecting the queen, even if I don't like her. Then again, it's an honor for you to be apart of her guard. I just hope that you keep yourself safe and  alive for the day that I get to see you again. And don't worry about your father, because he'll get around to accepting it eventually.

        Wolf almost became jealous because of the mentioning of Scarlet, but he doesn't feel threaten by this guard that he's borrowing his uniform from due to the fact that his sexual preference is of men instead of women. He's still going to ask Scarlet about him, but for now it's not his main problem.

        Once disguised, he took his riffle in his hand and stepped out into the hallway to meet up with Kai, Cress and Iko. In the hallway, he asked, "Ready?" and they all responded by nodding their heads. He then turned around and started walking like a soldier, not caring that Cress and Iko look like maids.
