11: Niece meets aunt

Grace P.O.V.
After I finished playing with Wally, I left because I wanted to go get personal things like toiletries and things that sparked my attention, like I found in my purse a sketchbook inside were these beautiful designs of clothing that were so well detailed I couldn't believe that I had drawn them. After I left I walked to Gotham city because it wasn't far from the manor, I walked to a mall. Inside the mall I saw a store with fabrics and sewing materials I instantly walked in while I was browsing through the fabrics I accidentally bumped into someone who had a lot of black fabric. When I looked up I said
        "I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going... Wow!" The woman was about Bruce's age long jet black hair, and wearing an expensive looking dress that suited her shape perfectly.
         "It's okay, nor was I, my name is Selina Kyle" she said.
        "Your dress is beautiful" I blurted out.
       "Thank you, do you do design yourself?" Selina asked.
           "Um, I don't know I have amnesia and the one thing in my purse that was useful was a notebook with hundreds of beautiful designs in it, my name's Grace Hunter by the way" I said giving her a warm smile.
              A look of recognition sparked in her eyes. The rest of the time in the mall I spent with Selina she had lots of money, she loved cats and we had a lot of the same interests like, animals, she believed that animals are equal to us and I said the same.
After my amazing afternoon with Selina I went back to the manor to drop my things off and go to a movie with Selina after dinner. When I got back I went to the kitchen and saw Alfred preparing dinner.
       "Hello, Miss Grace" Alfred said as I passed
       "Hi Alfred, do you know if anyone else is home?" I asked walking towards the kitchen table, on the table was a domino mask just a plain black with white eyes. I pick it up and put it on.
       "Cool!" I say to myself because my vision is sharper now it was like putting on a pair of glasses.
      "Damn it!" I heard someone murmur behind me.
               I turned around there was Dick without a shirt on and wow he was gorgeous, what snapped me out of my day dream was him reaching for my face.
           "Paws off tiger, finders keepers" I said remembering that I had the domino mask on.
       "Could I please have the mask, Grace?" He said approaching me.
        "Why would you want to be hiding those pretty blue eyes? It's not like you got anything to hide." I say removing the mask so green eyes meet blue.
            "Oh, um, I was wondering if, um..." I start saying twiddling my thumbs.
        "Spit it out, I have to meet Wally." Dick says angrily.
        "Sorry!" I exclaim, "I met someone at the mall and she invited me over to her place tonight, I was wondering if I could go?" I say.
     "Who is this person you met at the mall?" He asks sceptically.
        "Her name is Selina Kyle, we spent all afternoon together, it was amazing!" I say recounting that afternoon in my head.
             "I'm sorry Grace but you can't, I need to know I can trust her before I let you go, okay?" He says apologetically, but I don't think he means it.
           "Okay, but what am I supposed to do everyone's out and Jason's only coming back tomorrow, so I'm all alone except for Alfred, you know what I have to call her to tell her I can't come." I rush upstairs and call Selina, and she's alright with me not being able to go she understands his point of view.
