Chapter 40 : NERO

Family Pov.

As Nero was now exhausted on using too much of his power wasting the energy he used to stop the war, he then felt his power is about to go berserk he then saw Percy preparing his sword Riptide on him with sadness expression.

"Hello Nero." Percy said as tears begun to form on his eyes

"Hello father and why are you crying?" Nero asked

"I bet you already know that Nero." Percy said

"Indeed you must do it now before I lose control." Nero said

"Before I proceed to that, it's not just me who was here everyone in Olympus, from both camps and your family is also here. That would also included your children you have with Gaea." Percy said as every deities in Olympus came along with demigods, nymphs and different races including the Titan and the Hekatonkheires.

They moved closer to him as the mourned that he is about to died as they have planed before.

"Looks like this is a tough choice. I guess I'll gave you time to think for a moment on the decision that you will have to do." Nero said

As they commence a meeting Nyx immediately move fast summoning a binding thread made out of her domain in the night, then begun wrapping something in the thin air making sure it won't do anything nor to escape.

Then the figured reveal to be Gaea in her humanoid spirit form most of the beings were shocked to see her, some evenly prepare in their battle stance along with there weapon and power preparing to attack.

"Let me go I must have it...!" Gaea yells she then saw her children begging for help

"Titans my children help me get out of here, stop here now." Gaea said to her children

But they just looked down and never wanted to follow her command, they looked away from her as they are now disgusted on who she really was. Then the youngest of the Titan Kronos who forward and says.

"Why should we help mother?" Kronos ask making Gaea surprised

"Kronos what do you mean?" Gaea ask

"I'm asking why we should help you mother! We knew the whole truth and why are you doing this?! You used us in order to get this so called 'Primordial Heart' or whatever this thing is in order for you to gain power. The you used us is the same as you used father so why we should help you?!" Kronos said his full statement making Gaea can't say a word

"Are we not enough for you? So why do you need more power?! What are we in your eyes?! Not to mention because of you I wasted my chance to be a father in children and I evenly abused my wife Rhea, and for what your greed, pride and lust for power are we not enough for you to be satisfied.?" Kronos continues as Gaea is still speechless

"Grandpa..." Percy response making Kronos look on him

"Leave her be for now, right let continue this meeting on what we should do right now." Percy said making Kronos agreed.

Elpis then moves forward she summoned a clear-glass pithos and opens the lid then trapping Gaea's soul inside of it, hoping she will never do any havoc on what they're going to do. Elpis then gave the pithos to Percy making sure not to be tempted on it.

"Gods and Goddess... You should start your meeting now?" Percy said as the every deities in there pantheon nod they were few inches away and the rest of the being intended to treated there wounds with the help of the nymphs, and the beings who was specialized in healing.

Many fought bravely in the war, many who sacrificed there live in order to protect there love one and many of them died from  being who only wants is power.
