"Caresa Nija Niaomi Kelly, I love it but I am not the baby's parents so why am I feeling the sparks as well."I said

"Me too." Ishmael said

"I was about to ask that exact question." Trish said

"Nija, that was my Mom's name." Rowco said in tears

"Yes it was." Mom smiled

"What does the names represent? because I know you are a woman of meaning." Granpa Miguel asked

"It represents Mom, Theresa, Rowco's Mom, and the legacy that is going on between my best friend and Eve and I." Mom replied

"Wow." was the only word that could've leaved my mouth, I didn't expect her to actually think about my birth mother due to the fact that she was my father's ex much less name her baby after her. Wow.

"I know what you all are think, that majority of my baby's names are from dead people but that's the women that made me, me. Caresa is the first three letters from my Mom's name and the last three from Theresa. My mother Carolina was the one that brought me into this world and Theresa was the one that brought three of the most important people to me in this world, and Nija oh I just love that name brought my eldest into this world and for that I honor them by carrying on their legacy." Mom said and by now everyone in the room is shedding tears. Damn this family so emotional! Well said Mom well said. After the room lifted, Kelly spoke and my taste buds crawled.

"Heav throughout your whole pregnancy your focus was on one thing and that was if we were going to eat the placenta or not." Kelly said and smile

"I think I want to eat it." Mom said smiling

"OMG eww." I said

"Thanks for the offer but Papito is on a diet." Grandpa Miguel said

"I will pass." Dad said with distaste

"I'm good thanks though." Rowco said

"How exactly does that work?" Ishmael asked

"Well you wash it good then cut it up and cook it like normal meat, and I think I am going to eat Caresa's with white rice."

"No it's okay" Ishmael said

"Now you didn't say all that." Trish said smiling

"Heaven, Trish and I that can work, I already talked to the nurse and she bagged it up already" Kelly said

"I am going to enjoy this." Trish said

"Trish you are to be kidding me." I said

"Get over yourself Neveah, Caresa eat from it and she's fine and now we are going to eat it just chill." Trish said

"That's so nasty." Rowco said

"Do you know that Tia and Tamera ate each other placentas? I think they also ate Tamera's I am not sure but I know Tia one was eaten and your all so lovely Khloe Kardashian takes placenta pills." Trish said proudly for knowing all those information

"Those are real placentas?" I asked

"They sure as hell ain't fake." Mom assured me

"If you had to say one thing to your mother what would it be?" Grandpa Miguel asked Mom

"Papa I would say 'Mama I am really mad at you right now.'" Mom replied and I am like what? "Because she lie to me."

"I don't understand what did she lie about?" Grandpa Miguel asked

"She said child's birth is the most amazing thing but turns out it's the complete opposite." and we all laugh at Mom

After a long day at the hospital, I am tired and I hardly did anything so just imagine Mom who actually gave birth to the baby. I am so happy I have another baby sister and I am going to get the opportunity to watch her grow up with both her parents and her big sister without baggage. This means a lot to everybody and a new beginning for everyone.

There was drama throughout it all but we still survived. I was once told by a preacher man no matter what you are going through while you are going through it if it's not your time to die then you won't. I used that as a push everyday and I know I have a purpose to fulfill.

There is this challenge going around and I don't think this is one that Nevaeh's about to win. The challenge is who can build up the courage to pick up baby Caresa first. Yes we are all scared to touch her much less pick her up, she is so little and delicate that we are just scared. So Grandpa Miguel issued out a challenge on who can hold her first and the reward is $500 dollars but for his safety Mom must not know. So far Ishmael is closest to winning this challenge.

I think maybe because he was the closest to Caresa when Mom was pregnant. We are currently at home, Dad came and get fresh up and he's also at the hospital and Ishmael never came home with us. Even though everyone said that he should come he refuse to come and Mom said it was okay for him to stay. The funniest thing is it's not because of the challenge why he is staying, he didn't even want a part in it but because he is very focus and protective over Caresa and I admire him for that.

The doctor said that Mom will be allowed out of the hospital sometime tomorrow and Mom can't wait, neither can anyone. I was am so exited about baby Caresa coming home for the first time. Boy this is going to be fun and I am going to love being a big sister more than how I was with Ishmael and Trish because I understand more and I got them now to keep me balance.

I went in my bathroom and have a bubble bath and after that I went down and make myself a sandwich. something I don't normally do since Mom came and because everyone is being so strict on her she didn't get any chance to bake anything or whip up anything that I can heat up now.

"Hey you?" Rowco said as I took a bite in my sandwich

"Heller what's up with you?" I asked, so Rowco and I have been best friends for a very long time and since we've become brother and sister we have lost that best friend touch.

"I am cool what about you?"

"I was thinking since we became brother and sister we lost our best friends touch."

"We didn't actually it's still there, it's just that our friendship was build on, What we didn't have and our problems and Heaven was the solution to them."

"That makes so much sense, it wasn't the talk we talked it was the topic of the talk that made the talk."

"Yes indeed." he smile

"We need a new topic." I said and took a bite out of my sandwich

"We do have one, we have a new topic and a new person, a new everything." He said

"Oh yes."

"I can't believe she would give Caresa my Mom's name, I never expected that and out of all the names that we recommend the ones we least thought about was the ones that held the sparks." He smiled

"I know right, I couldn't believe it. I think my Mom would be honored." I said thinking about the little that I remembered about her

"Mines too."
