I watch her in awe as she walks gracefully through the halls of the school. A lot of students are passing by her that are either waving at her or nodding at her way. She responds with the brightest of smiles at them while continuing her way towards a group of people waiting in front of a room. People from all directions look at her for they know her and they aim to be like her one day because a lot of people seem to like her even the faculty and the new students that come to the school. No one can resist the charm she's emitting effortlessly. I smile as I watch her have a conversation with these group of people while laughing her heart out like there's no tomorrow.
"You seemed happy," whispers a voice from behind me. I look and see the personification of anxiety looming over me as he watches the same girl I'm watching.
"I did," I simply answer. "Before you came along."
