Warning: Attempted Murder

~*~

A fifteen-year-old 6'0" short-length shaggy hazelnut hair and blue eyes male named Liam silently stands on a mountain, which looks out to a magnificent city.

" Where am I? Why does this place seem familiar to me?" Liam's velvety voice whispered.

Footsteps walking towards Liam grabs his attention. He slowly turns his head back, and his blue eyes blinked when he sees a fifteen-year-old 5'9" short-length formal dark brown hair and sparkly green eyes walking out of a forest.

" Who are you?" Liam asked, sounding curious.

" We will soon see each other, Liam," A friendly masculine voice reassures Liam.

Liam opened his mouth to say something, but he stopped when he felt himself getting suffocating.

" Die!" A familiar booming masculine voice shouts.

" If you die, then one of us can go to Auradon instead," A second familiar booming masculine voice snickered.

" Dad! Mom! Gas and Ton are trying to kill Liam!" A third familiar scared masculine voice called out.

The sound of a door smashing brings Liam back to reality, and he begins to panic when he sees nothing but darkness. He then realized that he got suffocated by a pillow but couldn't push his captors away since they used their weight on him.

" Gas! Ton! You two get off of your brother immediately!" A familiar concerned feminine voice shouts.

" Listen to your mother!" A fourth familiar stern masculine voice shouts as a gunshot gets heard inside the room, causing the one on top of Liam to move away from him.

Liam pushed the pillow to the side as he stares at the ceiling with wide blue eyes.

Sweat dripped off of Liam's head as he looks at his surroundings seeing his eldest brother, eighteen-year-old 6'0" short-length straight black hair and piercing blue-green eyes named Gaston II is glaring at him. Meanwhile, his older brother, sixteen-year-old 6'2" shoulder-length dirty blonde hair and blue eyes called Gaston III is staring at the shotgun in their father's grasp.

Their father is a thirty-eight-year-old 6'0" short-length black hair and piercing blue eyes male named Gaston, and he is sternly staring at his two eldest sons.

" Lee! Are you okay?" Liam's younger brother, fourteen-year-old 5'10" shoulder-length dirty blonde hair and green-brown eyes named Gil, calls out, sounding concerned.

Liam's thirty-seven-year-old 5'3" long wavy blonde hair and green eyes mother named Claudette walks up to Liam, sitting next to him on the bed.

" Mum," Liam whispered, sounding nervous as he sits up and hugs Claudette.

" It's okay, Sweetheart. Mummy is here," Claudette whispers while comforting Liam as her green eyes stare at him in worry.

Gaston glanced at Claudette and Liam as he stares at them with a softened gaze. His blue eyes then narrowed as he looks away and turns to stare at his two eldest sons.

" You two! Outside," Gaston motioned Gas and Ton outside Liam and Gil's bedroom.

Gas annoyingly rolled his green eyes as he walks out of the bedroom. Meanwhile, Ton's blue eyes nervously stare at the wooden floor as he follows his older brother and Gaston outside of the room.

" Gil," Claudette turns her gaze to her youngest son.

" Yes, Mummy!" Gil formally responded.

" Why were your brothers trying to suffocate Liam?" Claudette firmly asked.

" Something about Liam not deserving to go to Auradon," Gil softly speaks while looking at Liam with a concerned gaze.

Liam begins to calm down as he gently rubbed his neck, figuring that there would soon be a bruising since he also felt his brother's hand on his neck.

" What time is it?" Liam softly asked.

" It is six o'clock in the morning. I suggest you shower and get ready for the day since the limo will be in the Isle at eight o'clock," Claudette informs Liam.

Liam nods his head in response as he gets out of bed and stretches.

" Gas and Ton are getting heavy," Liam mumbled while wincing.

Claudette sadly stared at Liam, feeling horrible since she treats all of her sons so lovingly, yet her two eldest sons tried to kill their younger brother.

" I am so sorry," Claudette apologize.

Liam turns his head back, and he softly smiled at Claudette.

" Mum. Why are you apologizing? What happened to me was not your fault," Liam reassured Claudette.

" Yeah! It was Gas and Ton," Gil defended Liam.

Liam glanced at Gil, and he fondly smiled at his younger brother, feeling appreciated that he is defending him.

" I am going to get ready. See you all downstairs," Liam softly speaks as he turns around, steps out of the bedroom, walks across the hallway, and enters the bathroom.

As Liam is getting ready for the day, downstairs in the living room, Gaston is scolding his two eldest sons for nearly killing their younger brother.

" I am ashamed of you two! I cannot believe you two tried to kill your brother," Gaston sternly speaks.

" Liam doesn't deserve to go to Auradon!" Gas sternly responded.

" Yeah!" Ton nods his head in agreement.

" The one who should go to Auradon should be Ton!" Gas firmly speaks while gently slapping Ton's back.

" Yeah!" Ton nods his head in agreement.

Gaston shook his head in disappointment.

" Gas. Ton. I love you two since you two are my sons. But, the two of you don't work hard as much as Liam and even Gil," Gaston honestly speaks to Gas and Ton.

Gas and Ton stare at Gaston in disbelief.

" We do work! You don't see it since you are always focusing on Liam," Gas bitterly speaks.

" Oh, I do focus on you two! Even though you two try so hard to pass all of your classes at Dragon Hall. You two don't even help your mother with the heavy-lifting chores. When I come home from work, Liam and even Gil help your mother carry all the heavy lifting after completing their homework. And what do you two do? Always lounge around after you two complete all your homework," Gaston speaks to Gas and Ton in disappointment.

Gas and Ton opened their mouth to say something, but they stopped when they see Claudette walking down the stairs and looking at them with tears falling from her green eyes. They winced since they didn't like seeing their mother in tears.

" Am I a horrible mother? Didn't I raise you four to love each other and be there for one another since the Isle is a dangerous place with even more dangerous people that could harm or kill one of you?" Claudette sadly speaks to her two eldest sons.

Gas and Ton stared at the wooden floor in guilt since they felt horrible for making Claudette cry.

" I am going to check up on Liam," Gaston mumbled as he walks up the stairs, leaving Claudette alone with Gas and Ton.

Claudette walks up to Gas and firmly pulls one of his ears, causing him to wince. Once she finished, she did the same thing to Ton.

" Once Liam comes downstairs, I want you two to apologize and do it meaningful because I-your father and I don't even know when he will come back home. We might not even see him again," Claudette sadly speaks to Gas and Ton.

Gas and Ton silently stared at Claudette since the two brothers did not know what to say since they are surprised to hear that they might not see or hear from Liam ever again. And even though they hate Liam's guts and want him dead, the two deeply care about him.
