Ya'll, if you thought I made it real before... WOO you're in for a ride!

Did you know that the voice actors who voiced Mickey and Minnie Mouse got married in real life? How cute is that!

The family awoke calmly. The sun leaked into the room from behind the curtains, peacefully calling each of them to wake from their comfortable slumber. Mae was the first to awaken, she pushed her arms up and over her head in a deep stretch, she turned to look towards her older brother and giggled softly at the face he was making, "Stupid Zombie".

It was strange. After the day they endured yesterday, this silent morning felt like a fever dream. She was expecting to awaken to mass chaos, sleeping on the rough concrete and dirt in their little shelter, hiding from villains and bullets. Screaming and crying, the sounds of pure terror and agony.

But this morning is silent. Still.

The only movement Mae can see is the steady breathing of her family in bed, all resting soundly. She allowed herself to relax, and to think.

She looked at her hands, and furrowed her brows, Do I have a quirk? Her dream surely felt real, but what if it was all some big coincidence? Or what if instead, she was psychic or something? How does that even work?

Her eight-year-old brain doesn't like thinking about such large topics this much, especially after just waking up. So she just closed her eyes, and went back to sleep.

I woke up briefly to Dashi stirring in my arms, I blearily looked down and smiled softly at him. He wasn't really awake, just, not totally asleep. I chuckled a little at the face he was pulling, and gently got up from the bed.

I walked into the kitchen after cooing at Shoto in bed with the three, and started making a simple breakfast. It was simple, but filling, we all needed to regain some of our lost energy if we were going to make it through this week.

A deep sadness was filling me, I felt so guilty. I hate that the triplets are getting pulled into our work life, and the dangerous world of heroes and villains. It's events like yesterday that make me question whether or not having children was a good thing to do.

I love them with all my heart, so much that it hurts to even think about anything happening to them. But things have already happened, and they're eight. How many more villains are going to try and hurt them, or kill them? I don't know if I can stay sane with this unbearable weight on my conscience.

I took a deep breath, "Regardless of how I feel, I can't change what happened. I just need to do my best to keep them safe and happy."

I nodded my head firmly to myself, and Shoto trudged into the kitchen a few moments later, yawning loudly. I smiled softly at his bed hair and sleepy disposition, and couldn't help but reach up and push his hair back off his forehead. He sighed and closed his eyes, offering me a small grin.

He kissed my cheek and moved to the coffee maker, pouring in enough water for the two of us. We stood in silence for a few minutes as he helped me put breakfast on the table. I walked back into our bedroom and chuckled at the trio, now sprawled out across the bed; well, Dashi was sprawled out.

He looked like a starfish, and he was taking up the majority of the bed. Mae had her arm thrown over his chest, and she laid on her stomach with her head resting on a blanket. Miyo was pushed to the very side of the bed, curled up into a little ball.
