"It's okay. You can continue your work." Seokhoon excused his secretary before turning to the undeniable beautiful woman in front of him who's giving him a burning glare. "Hello there, Miss Bae Rona. What brings you here today?" Seokhoon smirk towards him as he perfectly knows why she's there in his office.
"Oh! Don't play dumb with me, Joo Seokhoon. You heard what I said over the phone earlier. I'm pregnant and it's yours!" Rona shouts in anger. "Abort it." Seokhoon deadpanned said. Those 2 words stunned Rona in her spot. The way Seokhoon said it like it was the easiest thing to do and the seriousness on his face just hurt Rona even as it was her first time carrying a human being inside of her.
"Is it that simple for you to say that? Do you know how much it will pain me to kill an innocent, not yet form human being inside of me? Are you really that inhumane?" Rona tried to voice out her trembling voice to Seokhoon with tears threatening to fall.
Seokhoon looked at her emotionless like he didn't care about her nor the child at all. "That night was clearly a mistake for the both of us and you know it. So, why are making all of this as if it was a big deal?" Seokhoon shrugged.
Rona scoffed. "Yeah. It was a mistake to you. After all, everything in your life was a game, right? When you want to play with woman's heart you seduce them then leave them in their worst state. For once, Joo Seokhoon. Did you ever take love seriously? Did you? Or it just came naturally to you to play people's heart?"
That sets Seokhoon over the limit as he jumped up from his seat to her and pull her hair angrily. "Don't ever ask me that question! You don't anything about so shut up!" Seokhoon let go off her hair harshly and continued, "You want to keep that child then keep it but don't ever said that it was mine nor appear in front of me again or anything that can bring my imagine down. Are we clear?"
"As expected, the worldwide playboy of all." Rona whispered quietly, sobbing. She wipes her tears before she stood straight, "Raise the child by myself, not mentioning you in any news nor article, not appearing in front of you ever again, is that all?" Waiting for an answer, Rona confidently looked at Seokhoon's face.
"I guess that's all. Goodby-" Seokhoon didn't get to finish his sentence, Rona already turned and walk away from his office.
That was the last time they ever saw each other. Their first and last encounter after the horrible night.
5 years later, at the Birthday Party of JK Holdings former CEO Shim Suryeon, they unexpectedly came across each other but it's not like how it used to be. This time, they meet up as CEOs of their own company, a much more matured and grown up selves, and most importantly with a partner of their own.
"Oh, Rona-ya. How are you? It's been a long time we haven't see each other. Who is these 2 cuties?" Suryeon happily greet Rona and divert her attention to the cute 4 years old twins, Bae Seokmin and Bae Aera.
As Suryeon was busy playing with the kids by taking the kids to the pantry spot, Rona stood at a table along with Seokhoon and his group of friends. "Hi! Nice to finally meet you in person! I'm Joo Seokkyung, Joo Seokhoon sister." A girl with beautiful face yet fierce expression was the first one to greet Rona.
"Hi! I'm Bae Rona, mother of the twins you saw earlier." Rona shake hands with Seokkyung. "You have a cute son and daughter." Another girl spoke with a smile on her face. "I'm Ha Eunbyeol by the way, Founder of Ha Fashion." "Nice to meet you, Eunbyeol."
"I heard that our mother is best friend with each other before the accident occurred. I'm sorry." Seokkyung apologies in Rona's lost a few years ago since they just met now. "It's okay, my mom left me when I could finally live independently and since I have my twins with me then I'm happy." Rona smiles.
"Hoon oppa!" A shout came out of nowhere when the other 2 person who haven't introduce themselves about to speak. "Here comes the devil." The guy who Rona think was one of Seokhoon's friend also said. She doesn't know anything so she just smiles but what she sees after shocked her.
The girl jumped onto Seokhoon and kissed him right in front of all the people at the table. The table was full of disgust look, eyes rolling and shock eyes who's obviously speaks how shock Rona was. "Haerin, you're here." Seokhoon awkwardly greet her after the kiss, looking elsewhere but Rona while Rona was collecting herself from the shocking scene that happened earlier.
"Yeah, how are you oppa? I haven't seen you in a while. I'm sorry if I've been so busy the whole time with the fashion shows in Paris." The girl named Haerin hugged the air out of Seokhoon while Seokhoon just looked at Rona who have her head down.
"Clingy ass bitch." Seokkyung whispered but was heard by Rona. Rona chuckled quietly. But, Haerin noticed the new-comer in the table. "Oh? We have a new guest. Hello, I'm Worldwide Famous Model, Choi Haerin and you are?" She lends out her hand for a handshake.
"Nice to meet you, Choi Haerin-sshi. I'm Bae Rona, just a low-class CEO of The Yunis Holdings." Rona smiles innocently as others looked at her in awed.
